I did this the last time and never received mine. Tried to contact them as suggested (twice) and they never replied.

I would advise only using this if you were going to book one of these car parks anyway

Booked Birmingham weeks ago, any way of getting the voucher? Thanks.

Sounds like you had a bad experience! Did you park in the correct car park?

I've parked in many different airports around the world and never had an issue (except with the cost!)

Nice deal!
Edited by: "thearbiter65" 22nd Jun

biggest scam artists car parks are not secure even though you would think they are especially being at airport all they care about is parting you from your money with threats of legal action if you park in wrong carpark and return to find a bill in the thousands which is a lot more common than you think kicking screaming crying you will be told u are not leaving till you pay or somebody on your behalf if you have a issue you get a email address to email of which you will be lucky to recieve a
reply you have been warned!!!!

What if I only booked a couple of days ago without the link? Does it some how track a purchase?

no do not ignore unless live in scotland or ireland,as law does not apply there,if live in england or wales, just send in an appeal, you will lose 100%,but at this time they must send you an appeal code to POPLA (parking on private land appeals),then for these rogues to take it further they MUST pay popla, £32-00,which they wont, then case ends there, major con.

VERY IMPORTANT to remember that private parking companies CANNOT fine you … VERY IMPORTANT to remember that private parking companies CANNOT fine you for breaking their parking conditions! The only people who can fine you for parking contraventions are the police and local councils - NOT private parking companies like Parking Eye, Smart Parking, Total Parking Solutions etc - the sort of companies who control private car parks outside supermarkets, shopping precincts etc. They have no power whatsoever to issue parking fines. But every day thousands of people just pay up when they receive parking tickets, believing that they are being lawfully "fined" and have to pay, which is what the parking companies want you to believe! In law, their tickets are simply an invoice, not a fine!If you get a parking notice on your car or through the post from a private parking company, PLEASE do not pay it before going to one of the many websites for advice. If you follow their advice, you will almost certainly not have to pay the ticket. One of the best sites for advice is http://www.PePiPoo.com. Or just search under 'private parking companies'. But don't hang around, you need to act quickly to get the ticket cancelled.

Exactly though I recently read around that straight-up ignoring is not a good idea these days?

In regards to the pre-book system and people complaining about it being full, they allow a set amount of available pre-bookable spaces in any one car park. If pre-book is full, it's full.

£5 is cheap though for London.

Our Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 & 5 car park is located in the Hilton Hotel that’s just off junction 14 of the M25.

There’s a Hotel Hoppa bus running to the terminal building every 30 minutes. This bus service is not free of charge. You can buy your one way ticket from the bus driver on the day. When you get back to the airport you’ll need to catch the bus from stand 26/27. If you land at terminal 4 you’ll need bus stop 13.

Just cost me less than £8 for Thurs to Mon - what a bargain. Heat gratefully added.
