Brilliant I've been waiting for this
Many thanks for posting.

Yeah me too, got £75 in vouchers, so will be doing some damage!

Yippee, been hoping they do this again as I got lots of points last weekend ! Thanks :-)

There's my magnums of prosecco sorted for Christmas!

It's ok but the limit of £40 per department is ridiculous as most items in Electrical and Entertainment are overpriced anyway. For wines etc it is probably a decent deal.

"Only one voucher can be issued per department per Nectar card. This means that the maximum voucher you can exchange is 4,000 points for £40 in each department"

can I check if I do the taste the difference meal deal and get the taste the difference wine, can I use the double up voucher ? Thinking 2 meal deals £10 each = £20 but using a £10 wine voucher ?

No it's only taste the difference wine, sherry and port not food

no I was thinking of getting the taste the difference wine in the meal deal (£5.99 per bottle ?)

what good is this? can you not spend points instore anyway?

yes but I could get 2 bottles of wine AND two meals for £10 ?

what good is this? can you not spend points instore anyway?

yes but this is a double up, so 4000 is normally £20, through this scheme it becomes £40

true, I was only looking at doubling up 1000 points to £10 thanks anyway, i'll give it a try :-)

No. It is only one voucher per transaction.

Can't have it all I guess .... The limit is a bit of a downer I have over £100 on my card and would have loved to be able to snag a console..... ah well.

No food!? Bit ridiculous for a supermarket!

does this include gaming?

this used to include baby before. not anymore?

Voted hot. I prefer Salisbury's points to Tesco the only downside is the limit on the Salisbury's double up events the limit is way too low imo

please explain, I don't understand. You can only double up a max of 20 for a £40 voucher. Am I missing a trick?

Use this every year for "free" Christmas bubbly, the TTD Prosecco.
If you're going for wine double up, go in the first hour, as all the wine goes, and they are tactically slow to restock.

Great thanks for the heads up. I been saving my points up!

Do you think seasonal will be Christmas food, selection boxes, tubs of sweets, tins of biscuits

No, they mean Christmas Decorations, cards etc, all though you might be able to argue it with a friendly customer service dept

I like a good argument, if there is an aisle signposted as seasonal I think I will have a good chance

Yeah about time! £95 in points

You can, it's just a hassle. They had to call up and verify my card to get it to work.

However, last time I converted lots of £20 to entertainment, There's no check other than the staff allowing it, so I went up to get a voucher, my wife went up to get a voucher, we went to another store and did the same, etc.
