"normally £299.99".....wtf!

That's why this is cold, they put such blatant pull plop as the RRP...

"normally £299.99".....wtf!

why cold

Screen resolution too low for size of screen - maybe ok on cheap 7". Also only 512mb RAM.

Why have you listed the total price bought separately to include mario 3d land? any 3ds xl gets mario 3d land free (if you choose it) so the actual saving is £13.85 ? is that right? if so I think you are better off getting the system with 1 or 2 games and when you have finished thoes then buy some games you actually want. In the end you will get games you want and more than likely some of thoes games will drop in price and will save more money.

Great deal (although would be selling Lego Lord of the Rings!)

cool will buy for my self for christmas lol

From the page:The handheld device is perfect for immersive entertainment on the go in the form of games and video content. You’ll receive a Nintendo 3DS XL (in White), Mario Kart 7 (pre-installed), Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, FIFA 13, LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, LEGO Lord of the Rings and a download game of your choice* from the Nintendo eShop (choose from five games).

I do apologise for my oversight. I've edited the OP so that its now correct.

Nintendo Club registration is "between January 1st, 2013 and January … Nintendo Club registration is "between January 1st, 2013 and January 31st, 2013" but very good deal

January is the period that yo have to redeem the game. Yu have until January 15th to register your 3DS XL.

Quotes from the official page: "Register a Nintendo 3DS XL with Club Nintendo by January 15th, 2013 and you'll be eligible to claim one of five top Nintendo 3DS titles to download from Nintendo eShop. Then, once you've downloaded your game directly to your Nintendo 3DS XL system, you'll be able to take it with you wherever you go!"

and

"Step 4
Once you receive your unique download code by email, go to Nintendo eShop through your Nintendo 3DS XL system between January 1st, 2013 and January 31st, 2013."

In experience, the KA is all about mastering a subject without knowledge … In experience, the KA is all about mastering a subject without knowledge gaps. Therefore all content is relevent if you want to master one subject. This is where I believe the curriculum fails our kids as "one lesson suits all" does not accomodate children of differing learning abilities and age groups within a class. (11 months age difference within one class is hugely detrimental to the youngest children) The only advice I would give is "encourage your kids to stick with it, because who knows what the curriculum will be in 5 years time" Once they have mastered a subject the curriculum becomes irrelevent. ie: try to get away from training them to pass an exam in return for complete understanding of a subject. That way the exams pass themselves. BTW: I very much appreciate that each learning platform is age specific. My daughter started KA when she was 12. Any younger and I would agree, it may have been too complex in some stages. To be fair though, she's stuck with it and I am very pleased so far.

To be honest, Its engaging for me too especially maths and computer programming chapters. Yes 10+ is right age. I would wait for another 2-3 when my daughter could also get benefited with the universal learning methodology.

I am part of it and my daughter enjoyed it well up to addition but very soon she was challenged heavily and she lost interest.

If you are interested in educational tools for your kids, check out http://www.khanacademy.org/ - There is also an app available. The interactive lerarning platform on the Ipad is an amazing tool for keeping kids interested and delivering structured learning content and an enjoyable experience for them.I know it's not linked to the UK Curriculum - But it's Free. Also well worth a look. (worth buying an Ipad for alone!!)

Never mind. You don't mean "oldsue" do you (as we had no chance of getting this even though we got to the payment screen - we're not linked to the garage selling it)? I'm sure they were just being sarcastic. Don't think there is any chance for a human to win this that isn't associated with the garage selling it or Nectar. Shame as we really needed a car & at this price seemed ideal. Also have you noticed the cars aren't sold exactly on-time they're a few minutes after the 1/2 hr. If the garage were buying these cars back for themselves this would be an easy way for them to do so as they know exactly when they're putting them online.

is this sour grapes ???

What code do I enter?

Make sure you check your direct debit after the trial is up, I carried on after the trial as it was a good offer of unlimited games and movies but noticed I was being charged £12.99 a month. On contacting Blockbusters I was told that I was being overcharged and was refunded the outstanding ammount.
You can return the movies to your local store and rent new ones but not yet avaliable for games.
