Hello guys, Just bought this game off CDKEYS.com for about £28. It has now gone up a couple quid but still cheap. I have pre-ordered the key and should come on the 9th hopefully. The price is currently £32.99 but by visiting their Facebook page, you can get an additional 5% off.

EDIT: This is the standard edition of the game. Not entirely sure if it comes with the pre-order bonus content etc but im guessing it does.

Exactly what i was thinking. There's nothing to hate about this. It's just too cheap. I guess some people may not trust online sites which provide keys but then again they have a great trustedreview and from personal experience, i have had a great time purchasing games from them.

Preordering is stupid. That's why people are voting cold.

How is pre-ordering stupid. At this rate you would be getting the game cheaper and earlier than if you wait a couple weeks after release where the original price isn't going to change. At least here with the pre-order you get some bonuses and your key early.

You're paying more for the privilege on release. Give it 6 months and the price will be half this.

Preorder bonuses are also another cancer that has infected this industry.

Paying more for privilege. Firstly I couldn't care less about the extras that are given. If it was up to me, I'd pre order the game and just get the standard game. Also I want to just play the game on release so that's why I pre-order games. Also I'd rather not wait 6 months for a game that is half price.

I mean each to their own. I agree pre order extras are a bit crap but the actual method of pre-ordering a game, don't see anything wrong with it.

You're playing into a publishers hand. Every need for Speed recently has been an absolute turd and you want to reward that by promising a purchase in advance? Never mind the fact it's always worse on PC...

Why is are t console versions soooooo expensive +£42?

Simple, publishers have to subsidise the manufacturer for having their logo and using their hardware and working with their systems.

PC doesn't have that problem. We have slightly larger initial set-up costs, for a long term pay off.

I like to call it "Console Tax".
