I've used this tool twice before, and both times it has got me a result.

Once was a PPI claim which helped me beat the banks, plus no 3rd party charges.

2nd complaint I won was against virgin media (broadband) whereby they didn't fulfill a deal they had promised, and revolver got involved, and i get a result in the end.

Brilliant brilliant tool.
Hopefully helps someone on here.

I typed in 'Resolve the Brexit problem' and the website burst into flames and crashed. Leaving only a 101 error and a picture of Boris Johnson wearing just his Moby Dick underpants.
Be careful what you type peeps.

Not in my case. It all depends on whether or not the merchant wishes to do the right thing. This platform is good but they do not sort the problem for you. They simply send your comments to the merchants and if they gave a damn then great. If they don't wanna know, nothing resolver can do.

Really easy tool to use. Got me a delayed flight compo from Ryanair a few years ago when they were auto-declining all claims.

Cheers guys, as I said, it's saved my ass a couple times, really really easy and great tool to use, and people should know more about it.

Obviously depends on the merchant, virgin are really good at resolving problems in general, but when they wouldn't do as I asked, then my last option was to use resolver, the following day they rang and gave me what I wanted, and then asked me to close the resolver case, so in some circumstances, they must carry some weight.
Thanks for making me aware of this!
Will use resolver later to complain to parcelforce who in vain for 1 month have tried to delivery my return to Amazon at the DHL Liverpool warehouse who won't accept any returns apart from arrow xl. All I get from them is we have over 4k parcels were trying to deliver there and too difficult to find mine and return it back to me.
there is a massive loophole in this service. had issues with both amazon and very and they did nothing because Resolver send an email on your behalf with a constructed email address with your name, but the seller says they cant respond due to security reasons.
Crap. If you have a dispute against talk talk go direct to cicas as that's what resolver does anyway after 8 weeks.
Resolver was amazing for me when I used to them complain about TSB, they ended up refunding me nearly £1000 last March. Have since used them a few more times, personally would recommend. Three were rubbish though so suppose it depends on the merchant
Talk talk didn't even bother to respond when resolver was used as did amazon. Might be good for other retailers but based on my usage for the 2 I mentioned its crap

And nicely put too
Used it on papajohns I did get a result however, it took over 2 months of emailing back to back to finally get a refund.

Heat🔥
Use it myself but your really better off doing it yourself as takes to long using these to escalate issues.
After about 3 months of chasing o2 for a £40 refer a friend credit and being fobbed off with "its still processing" or "someone will ring you back" i found this website opened a case and had someone ring me within 12 hours and put the money on my account. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Got over 200 from booking.com using this service. Excellent.
Never worked for me against Norwegian, they just ignored everything
Helped me.
Guys... As mentioned by few people above, this is only a platform that collects and forwards your complaint to the relevant party. This is a free sign posting and complain forwarding service. In return, they get your details 😁

Some people, like myself, find this tool easier to use, they do all the hard work for you for free.
I'm happy there are things like this highlighting the fact you CAN complain to companies, and you CAN get it resolved.

Sometimes it's got more weight behind it than the average person.

Fair point. I personally don't like companies harvesting my data.
Interesting, thanks
Great tool - few clicks, little template modification and over £700 for delayed TUI flight ( for 2 people ) already on the account. Probably could do everything myself ( with lots of reading ) but so much simpler using Resolver.
this is like a nerds A-Team then?

Exactly the same yeah.
Tried this with Turkish airlines who lost a baggage item but had no luck even after it was escalated to the top
Great tool
Im stuck at the moment with a issue with dell. Their UK customer services seem to keep fobbing me off with apologies. Theyve sent me a dodgy laptop, i had to send it back, they sent another one which was bad and their tech couldnt fix and made it worse!. In the end i needed another replacement and its lost in transit! now i have to wait for it to be investigated and then a new one can be sent out. They took my money fast enough but lets hope resolver can help... ive just sent a email via them!

Wow, hopefully they come through for you, keep us posted if it works please
Complained to the council, which owed me > 1K. I had previously complained to the council directly for 6 months = no action. Used resolver. I had the case sorted in 3 weeks.
Do they sort out our work issues? Employer problems
I used resolver and it helped me get rid of my third nipple and 6th toe (on both feet) in under 12 seconds. Just amazin' service
