This. I loaded 20 of my favourite SNES games onto mine. I played it for about 5 minutes.

20 games, and you were bored within minutes? What exactly were you expecting, to have been so utterly crushed with disappointment?
Will the packaging be in English or Spanish?

I didn't say I was 'crushed' with disappointment. I was just backing up what paddy said about nostalgia. As much as I was looking forward to playing my old favourites again, 5 minutes of Zelda and I was like, meh.

For the present - would you want to be playing old SNES games, or God of War 4?

As a fan of the series. GOW4 didn't do anything for me. Overrated interactive movie. When you just want arcade action nothing beats old action games and platformers. Castlevania, Contra, Ninja Gaiden, Shatterhand, Mario etc all still hold up great. So many modern indies steal from these games. Not to mention couch coop.

Of course GOW isn't for everyone but you are in a massive minority. Much like me I suppose, not seeing anything at all in The Last of Us.

I wouldn't say i'm in a massive minority. Plenty of people don't like story driven games. Just as you said, GOW isn't for everyone. Not every game needs to be a serious depressing drama. GOW should've stayed in the action genre.

I still play and enjoy modern games. Just the particular game you mentioned didn't do anything for me. It was lackluster comparing to older games in the series. TLOU was ok i guess. Still kinda overrated. Evil Within is more fun.

I'd say it was quite a massive minority then

I'd say it's certainly in the top 10 games of the current gen. You should give another go, you're missing out.
Glad I Offloaded all of mine over six months ago anyone who didnt may keep their legs crossed.

Good SNES games over God of War / GTA / COD for me... Any of those, and I'd be bored in 5 minutes, however, I wouldn't buy one and sh1t all over it..
Thanks

I would agree greed with that. However, the multiplayer on the SNES really helped me re-live those great memories with friends. For me, that was worth the price
Will this still work after brexit?

I spent many, many hours playing MK with the missus, my sister and her hubby. It was brilliant fun back then, but that was 25 years ago and sadly, nothing has replaced that. But I wouldn't want to go back to playing it now, things have moved on too much.
Have to agree, much of the retro stuff isnt as great when you play it in 2018, back in the 80's it was high tech and all you had, now it just looks crap as your used to seeing HD or 4K content and 3D.

Get what you're saying. Each to their own. We all enjoyed re-living our childhood.
