What does PLUS ONLY 2.25 MEAN? Is it £2 or £2.25 ?

Good question. I've just spent twenty minutes on the phone with Sainsburys customer services. They don't know for sure what the >>PLUS only £2.25<< means. It *could* mean that some stores have the offer of £2.25. But they felt that the £2.00 offer is almost certainly online/delivery only. They were really confused. And Sainsburys want to buy ASDA? What a joke.
They price matched Amazon
£2.24 in Tesco?
Hi
Bought the Cap Colombia from Tesco £2.25 - was dissapointed with taste. Not that good, not much of a difference to normal Nescafe.

I think so far the best tasting instant coffee is L'or. Intense Instant Coffee.
What you guys think?

Alta Rica every time!
Wed 7 Feb this had a shelf label of £2.00 but a till price of £2.25 at Stratton, Swindon store. Cust Services didn't seem too surprised when I pointed this out and paid out the difference.
Not this price in East London

They are running price fixing at Sainsbury's increasing the prices in "special offers" then saying you saved money 37141542-d7EZt.jpgThese burgers were £2.25 then increased by £0.25 to £2.50, yet somehow you are saving £0.15 that is why they don't tell you what the price was before, it is on all the "special offers" on the website that wont tell you the "was" price beforehand they have increased the price blatant deception by Sainsbury's

Tesco also do this. A good example is the boxes of family circle biscuits. One campaign they will be £4.00 but BOGOF and a few weeks later they are half price at £2.00 each.
Don't get taken in !
