Hm. Having a look at the Product Information, it suggests it's 1kg.

This may be yet another shonky Amazon multi-listing where some people get three items, others get one. Amazon will be generous if you feel annoyed enough to complain. Will have a dig around at the reviews.42253561-bYZ00.jpg
That's a lot of Frappe!

Oh wow, I remember when Nescafe promoted Frappe drink containers back in the 1980s. If the coffee is nice enough, cold coffee drinks can taste nice (maybe not with Nescafe Original though).

Amazon multi-listing errors are a load of Frappe
Nescafe Original is best for the Frappe :-) Whole nation cannot be wrong :)))
Amazing price if you get 3!! Sadly I feel it will only be one! But I’ve ordered after taking a screenshot! (Obvs)!!
Probably 1kg, I'll risk it probably get a Refund from Amazon

Same
Don't think you need to take a screenshot because the order clearly says 3 X 1kg
Ummmm I just checked some Questions and answers

Idk if I should keep my order to complain to Amazon, will I risk them asking for me to return?

Hipster-free zone.......... I'm in
Not going to waste my time and effort to kick off when you only receive 1 tins.

I saw this yesterday, was going to purchase but from the Q+A and weights etc was clearly going to be error so didnt want to go through the whole process with Amazon again.

Still decent value if like the OP you have enough s/s running, worth the gamble then.

Amazon do this every time and it is illegal what they are doing. I get sometimes these are done in error (although happens constantly), but even though they refund you and are aware that it is an issue, they do nothing about it. I am surprised trading standards hasn't given them a visit. I understand you win some and lose some, but when it clearly states 3x1kg then you should recieve just that and if it is an error they should pull it or edit the page.

I’ve learnt from previous, Amazon may correct their description by the time I contact customer services
Ordered this earlier this week. Rubbish taste. Doesn't taste like coffee at all. Now stuck with a 1kg box

My update clearly states 3 x1kg being delivered so I either get it free or they deliver the advertised amount

I used to drink it all the time.
No idea how
It is probably the worst tasting coffee you can buy.

And which country would you happen to be talking about?
Cheers Op
Great price per 100 g here, instead of of getting it from Home Bargains where it's 1.50 per 100 g, here for £20.39 it's 68 p per 100 g. The only problem is keeping it fresh in a proper sealed container so that it keeps.

Compared to what you get in the jar it's worse?

Not tried the jar ones, but the sachets normally are ok. This does not taste or smell coffee at all.

What a shame, I find that incredible. A deal on jars is probably better then.

When?
Edited by: "Abidaboviveru" 18th Oct
Anyone else received 3kgs?
p4lle18/10/2020 12:54

Not me. Only received 1 tin - 1kg.

I think it is based on the warehouse it gets shipped from.

The Lily's Kitchen dry food was similar (now OOS) - some got 1kg, some got 4 x 1kg. I agree it's a pain to chase up. Often Live Chat say they'll raise the issue and amend the listing, but it's rare that happens.

It is frustrating when you see other people get bulk buys and you don't.

I understand what your saying, but its not about some people getting the deal and some not, its false advertisement at the end of the day it is catching customers out. Just spoke to cs and they confirm it is only 1kg and not 3kg.

I know it's not, I was trying to sympathise. I'm well aware how multi-listings work - they've been happening for years

I've said it a zillion times now but I purchased a Kool Pak from an Amazon listing expecting one to arrive - a full box of 20 turned up. As my brother usually plays football with his uni mates I thought I'd order again (exact same listing) and hand them out. ONE turned up.

Oh its not your fault, it is just annoying. I usually go for these deals, which I am thankful for you posting, which I have given heat as it is a great deal if you can get the 3kg. I just want amazon to pull their finger out and revise their listing, but they don't.

It must be an inventory/website/stock error or something (not sure how Amazon's SKU system works) as it's so variable. The fact that it keeps happening sometimes works in our favour, but I'm surprised Amazon haven't sorted it out by now.
