I was looking for one of these lately and this is the cheapest I have seen them. £75-£85 on amazon and ebay.

To my knowledge they have always been this price. not sure where the £75+ is from.

I think that price graph is for a different product. It seems to be for a replacement Aeroccino unit for the Nespresso machines that have a built-in Aeroccino system. If this is what it is, then the replacement part cant be used on its own as it doesnt have a base (it connects to the base of the coffee machine to work).

ok maybe I didn't check that

I have been checking for the past week and ebay etc have not thrown up anything below this price.

No it looks like the standalone unit, the same as I got with my pixie unit .
Description says "The base houses the whisk storage"

As far as I remeber, none of them have "built in" Aeroccino, just a circle on the base where the seperate one sits.

I assume the 'circle' area provides power somehow - it probably just has the exact same connector that plugs into the Aeroccino the way the normal Aerocinno base would? If that was the case, then you wouldn't need to buy a £75+ special spare part Aerocinno, you could just buy the regular one from the store and stick it on (and store the extra base away as a spare or something).

If anyone could confirm this I would very much appreciate it... I'm deciding whether to get a Pixie + separate Aeroccino, or a Citiz machine with it built in. I really love the lime green Pixie, but would rather have Aeroccino built-in. But I really love the lime green Pixie. GGrrrr.
