Nespresso Club members receive £50 or £80 voucher on purchase of Nespresso machines

Found 7th Nov 2013
I am a member of the Nespresso club and yesterday received an email for claiming a £50/£80 voucher when purchasing a Nespresso machine.

£50 voucher for purchasing any espresso only
£80 voucher for purchasing any cappucchino machine.

The link asks you to put your URN number in -this is the same as your membership number.

Used this against the Essenza M100 I purchased from John Lewis, bring the cost of the machine down to £10!!!

Hope this helps existing Nespresso Members.

Yeah, good luck to you all (_;)

Wow...just come across this while searching google, good deal for existing members. Been looking for a new machine and waiting for the usual voucher deals every November. Great Find! Thanks

Am I missing something, the terms and conditions imply you have to buy a new one between November and February to get the voucher which can only be used to purchase yet another new one?

The gift card can be used against any nespresso products, including coffee. I called and checked yesterday, as originally was going for the £40 gift card but when explained I received the email and asked what it could be used against, the advisor said the £50/£80 offer is for members only and can be redeemed against any products on the website, including coffee.

Gift card FAQ here

I've just registered as was thinking about buying the £60 machine. Hopefully I'll get £50 back now by using the form above and putting in my new membership number!
Cheers!

I've just tried completing the form on the "Get Deal" link and it won't accept my membership number as the URN. It says "invalid URN".

This suggests that the offer is only valid for people who receive the email from Nespresso.

Probably just incorrect wording, Hereforaday.com regularly sell manufacturer refurbished Nesspresso machines, so I'd imagine what they meant is you can't gain a voucher from such purchases.

Just phoned Nespresso and they confirmed that this offer is only open to those Nespresso club members who receive the email. However, after several failed attempts I had seen a screen which said the URN would be a 5 or 6 digit code on my privilege voucher. Since my membership number is six digits I tried entering the last five as the URN and that was accepted.

I know it is not what it says there in the T&C's and I mentioned that to them on the phone. They have said a gift card is a gift card - they only have one kind of gift card for various values - and IT IS VALID against any purchase on their website, whether it be coffee, accessories or a machine.

Fair enough, that's just atrocious English then as 'redeeming' means that is what you can use it for, hence my query.

This bit says what they told you it means... "You are entitled to claim a £80 Nespresso Gift Card when you purchase a new Nespresso cappuccino machine or a £50 Nespresso Gift Card when you purchase a new Nespresso espresso only machine." so odd that it is added as an exception to that if that is what they meant to say.

Thank you but I've tried quite a few 5 & 6 digit permutations of my membership number with no success. I've sent them a begging email asking for a code, see what happens!

Me too, i'm having the same problem, :-(

I have logged into my account and I am only offered £40/£70.
I have tried the £50/£80 register page, but cannot determine the URN
I have just emailed Nespresso as, obviously, I would prefer the extra £10 discount....

Anybody else had any luck??

I phoned them and was told that the offer was only open to those members who were sent the email. However, I found that the last five digits of my membership number worked as the URN. I've now submitted my claim for £80 and am waiting for them to validate it and send me the gift voucher.

No idea why this is expired. I received my gift card this morning for £80 and my brother managed to submit his purchase online on Tuesday and received an email yesterday advising they were confirming details and a gift card would be sent to him within 4 weeks!

were you already a member and received an email with the offer?

I am a member, but did not receive the email. I clicked on the link and put my membership number in, uploaded the receipt and it was confirmed a few days later. My Gift card was in the post this morning. My brother did not receive an email and his has worked too.

Hi Bellissimo, my gift card came in the post yesterday, and I was one of the people who received the email. My Mum didn't and her card came today. Looks like it works for some and not others for some reason - irrelevant of whether we received an email.

A few friends have managed to do the same, and they said they did not get the email either. One of them only applied yesterday and received email today saying they were processing it and could be 4 weeks, but mine took less than 2 weeks to come through. £80 to spend on anything on nespresso website - cheers hun! a very good deal x

Does anybody have a spare Privilege voucher number they could give me please.
Thanks in advance
