Have to be quick offer ends 17th November.

If you want to spend £540 across the year then maybe..

Plus different coffee machines offered.

You can get a proper bean-to-cup coffee machine for less than this, and the running costs and environmental impact will be several orders of magnitude cheaper than this. You will also be able to put whatever coffee you want into it.

Something like this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/DeLonghi-Magnifica-Espresso-Cappuccino-ESAM4200/dp/B001EOMZ5E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479300612&sr=8-1&keywords=bean+to+cup

Is cheaper and you could run the thing on Blue Mountain coffee for a year and it'd still be cheaper than this.

Is convenience that important to some people?

This is the PRO model, so not comparable really.

Why what does the "Pro" do differently? Do they both brew coffee or does the "PRO" do other things?

Honestly. It's a different machine spec. It's like saying what does a car do drive you from A to B, why get a BMW rather than a Ford. I'm sure there is a difference, but maybe you could google the two machines and do a comparison, but I frankly don't care. I was just pointing out that this is not one of the machines you were referring to and therefore it's not comparing apples with apples.
