£60 Club Reward

Despite its modest and compact design, you can rely on the Nespresso Essenza Mini Coffee Machine by Magimix to create big coffee moments from the comfort of your kitchen.

Thanks to the speedy and simple-to-use Aeroccino, you can prepare hot or cold milk froth that’s light, creamy and perfect for cappuccinos and lattes.

The patented Thermoblock system quickly heats water to the optimal temperature for consistently hot coffee with less limescale, from the first to last cup. With 2 cup sizes and a range of Nespresso pods to choose from, you can be sure to create a winning coffee to suit any personal taste.

Once you’ve mastered your hot drink, the empty capsule will eject automatically and the machine will turn itself off after 3 minutes, for added peace of mind when it comes to energy costs.

The thermblock system is what makes this thing so damn noisy. They’re ceramic plates that vibrate against each other to make heat. The vertuo machines are £50 more but are virtually silent in comparison to this. I cant wait for my innisia to break so i can get a quieter machine

Is it really that bad? I got my Krups today and Magimix is supposed to be the quieter one out of these two and granted that the noise is nowhere near 'quiet', it's not that bad IMHO.

I mean, making a coffee with this machine takes 30 seconds tops, so what's so unbearable about it?

I remember in old student days when I used to work behind a bar and somebody asked for cappuccino I was deafened by the sound of steam boiler used to prepare milk, so maybe it just made me resilient

This has been out of stock for a week, guess they must have got more in.

This doesn't appear to have the £60 club reward on it? still a good deal but not as good as the previous amazon deal

John Lewis have not put it on their listing but I’m pretty sure this is included in the £60 reward
I got this from Amazon a while back, perfect little machine! Its not on long enough for the noise to bother anyone surely?
I have mine sitting on my desk at work and use it 3 times every day. It's not so noisy that any of the 30 other staff in our open plan office have complained or even seen fit to note.

Also Amazon sell it now for the same price.
Why do they insist on bundling these machines with the aeroccino and the club reward... I don't want an aeroccino and all the club reward does is allow you buy coffee for the same price you can get it elsewhere anyway! Pointless. Just give us a machine for a great price without all the other nonsense.

So what's the problem if they offer coffee for the same price as you can get it elsewhere? Coffee runs out, so you'll have to buy it anyway, so you have £60 to do so. As for the Aeroccino - if you don't want it - sell it for around £15 to somebody who looks for good quality milk frother

You can still get the £60 voucher, you just have to upload a receipt. Don't know why JL have not put a link to it on that machine, its certainly valid.

I've used the aeroccino and it isn't that great quality! Also, who wants a white Nespresso and a black frother?? The point about the reward is, if it only gets you coffee for the same price you could buy it elsewhere anyway (because it isn't £60 of free coffee, it's £60 of discount, and original pods are a ripoff to begin with), then you're not gaining anything and can't take it into account in the deal price!

Yeah just checked the Ts and Cs - looks like just £60 of credit. Still only £40 worth of coffee in the real world but makes it a decent deal if you have an outlet for the aeroccino.

Here’s what I got with my £60 credit

250 coffees and 2 espresso cups and saucers and 2 Cappuccino cups and saucers.

I paid £28 on top as this was a welcome offer worth £88

If your machine is making ANY noise while heating, there is something seriously wrong with it! It should be totally silent while heating and only make noise 20 seconds later when the pump starts. Sure you aren't talking about the pump ?
