Same price on Amazon Prime
There's been a lack of Nespresso deals lately... I would like to gift one to my parents for Xmas and it'll be between this and the Essenza which would cost me £107.99 .
(£119.99 - 10% with wife's staff discount).

Reserve and collect is much easier than waiting in all day for delivery.

That's your personal opinion, it's much easier for me to get my delivery into the office, not having to drive to an Argos...

I'd agree, there were deals of £80 or less for this last year.. keep hoping!

In retrospect, I did find a deal where the machine was at 49.99 but that was months ago and any other deal that included Aeroccino was for a previous model. As far as Argos vs Amazon, just my 2 cents, Amazon's partners have been failing a lot more lately when it comes to delivery and also they make a lot of mistakes during Christmas due to the volume, so next day collection from an Argos 5 minutes from where you live sounds somewhat better to me, but a deal is a deal and if it is also available on Amazon feel free to post.

They dropped Boxing Day at Curry’s, obviously that doesn’t help for before Christmas. I bought last year for OH took back and rebought
Honestly I used to buy one every year, flog the machine on eBay and use the £75 voucher it comes with to keep me in capsules all year. Best way x

Do they all come with £75 vouchers ? Is this a good model? Only ever had Tassimo machine but hubby wanting a more fancy machine now!

Much nicer coffee than tassimo in my experience. If you buy a new nespresso with milk you get £75 worth of free coffee. So yes, this one would count. Offer details on nespresso website.

I got the Essenza for my parents.

Not so much a fancier model - but being a later entrant to the market Nespresso appears to have more options. Primarily this is a wide selection of "compatible" pods which, providing you get a decent price on the machine, also make it more cost effective. The leaflet we got says the units with Aeroccino included have a total of 3* £25 credits available and those without have 3* £15 credits.

Fwiw Starbucks, amongst many others, make Nespresso compatible pods after abandoning Tassimo years back. Had a quick look in Asda yesterday and was quite surprised the variety of Nespresso pods available. Since it's regular milk for the Aeroccino, rather than milk t-discs, you save money there too.

Damn. I want a Nespresso now...

I'm looking at the Essenza or Inissia - can't decide! Essenza is few quid more but I think Inissia looks nicer- hubby thinks it's an older model and therefore not as good as Essenza- anybody got any 'proper' advice?
