Great machine mine came with 150 free pods aswel
This coffee is OK but it's terrible for environment because it generates tons of plastic which most of the people can't be bothered to recycle.

Yep, and Nespresso will collect them for free as well when you fill up a recycling bag. No excuse!

The pods are aluminium and recycled, not sure where the plastic is coming from?

the supermarket own label ones that are compatible with Nespresso are plastic.
I dig out the spent coffee from them and put that in the food recycling and the plastic pods in plastic recycling. But I'm most likely in a very small minority!

I ended up buying a moka pot and the quality of coffee from that makes Nespresso taste like pish water.

So your complaint about plastic waste is because a different company makes pods, that Nespresso would rather they didn't as it eats into their own profits? Riiiiight. Better not buy anything then, because there is probably something, somewhere that someone made.

What you on about?
I was pointing out the fact that comparable pods are made from plastic and that I recycle them. But I imagine lots will end up in landfill anyway.
F4ck knows what your point is, other than purely being a fud.

My point was aimed at the wrong person.

I thought you were the 2nd poster who said they created lots of plastic waste. 😁

The confusion was created when you replied to my post to them, I thought I was in an alternate reality.
