The op says they're Walnut Whips.
Are you calling the op a liar?

Yeah. But even then, Marksies version was always better. But even that is nowhere near as good as was. Still better than Nestles. Who have screwed up every Rowntrees product since the damned Thatcher allowed them to take over (While the Swiss stopped an attempt by Rowntrees to do a return take over)

They are not because we no longer manufacture them at the Halifax factory.
walnuts are expensive and people are alergic to everything because they have poor gut flora.
M&S used to do decent ones, a walnut on the top and in the base, need to see if they still do them. They won't be 50p for 3 though, I know that for sure!
I’ve had the nestle ones, they’re still decent, I’ve no complaints & I’ve not seen these in Poundland - always check the dates there because the amount of time I’ve not & got home in a rush realising things are months out of date. Difficult for a budget store to stock rotate & keep an eye on thousands of lines I suppose
Complete rubbish do not buy
To think it all cost us one of these to build the Dome in London
Walnut whips still taste pretty good to me. Also if you watch the original advert on YouTube you can see the size is basically the same
Hang on,,, why are they 50p? Should be a quid at Poundland...

Kindest regards

Thanks

I've never had anything out of date in Poundland never mind by months.
You can get Walnut Whips (yes WITH walnuts) in Home Bargains. 6 in the box for £2.
These are imposters.. they are just lowly "WHIPS".. no walnuts to be found
