The WD uses high quality Kioxia BiCS NAND on the SN750, Netac use cheaper YMTC NAND on this drive, both are TLC though.
Both are DRAM-less and performance will be pretty much the same, but the WD drive is more reliable
You can ignore the recommended 5000MBps sequential speeds for the PS5 by the way, it's utterly pointless and makes no difference to game loading times. (edited)
