instead of 139.34

nice price but still not sure

I wondered why a thermostat cost nearly a £100! Cool idea.

really thinking of getting one of these but do I then need to get a electrician to fit this to the boiler?

Heat added and ordered...nice deal, been considering getting something like this for a while now

That really depends on how handy/competent you are with home electrics and how your current boiler is configured.

I don't have a thermostat on our system at present so it looks like a simple case of putting the netatmo's relay inline between our timer and the boiler and setting the timer to be permanently on for heating.

19% claim and deal ended. wtf?

Why did the deal end?

lightning deals are quantity AND time limited. sorry i did not picked up earlier...

I bought this and a nest at the same time and have sent the nest back now as this looks far superior in my house and works better for my needs.

Also, whilst I don't walk around with a tin hat on, I really don't like that nest shares user info with Google letting them know when I am not at home etc...

Hi just wondering if you would still recommend the netatmo thermostat, have you saved money, is your house kept at a more constant temperature? Thanks

Yes I recommend it. I have saved a lot of money and use a lot less gas.

Prior to this, I had no Thermo whatsoever so ANY thermo was inevitably going to save me money but the NetAtmo offers a smart flexibility others dont. It also shows you graphs on a per month basis.

Just to echo SMDDM's response, I would definitely recommend it. Has it saved me money? I can't prove it for sure but firmly believe so judging from the intelligent way it maintains the temperature in the house. Like driving a car, if you floor it, coast, floor it again, then coast etc.. you'll use more fuel than if you drive at a steady pace. I believe that the same applies to my central heating, and the netatmo going it at a steady pace. I also love how I can fully control throuought the day the temp in the house, reducing it when not needed etc..

Best of all, it looks classy on the wall, not overly "gadgety".

Just to confirm - yes absolutely the temp is held very steady now. I have some great before and after graphs somewhere that really show the difference!

Hi again, I have had the netatmo for a few weeks now and I'm pretty happy. The only thing is it seems to be out on the temperature. Other thermostats I have in the house are reading 1.5 degrees lower. Have you noticed this? Out of interest what do you set your comfort level temperature at?
