Update 5: If you get asked for a mobile number verification, just connect to Netflix without a VPN and verify with a uk Number and then go back to VPN to subscribe with turkich Liras.

Update 4: when you get the prices shown in USD despite being connected to a VPN, that means this VPN does not work for this method. you have to choose another VPN.

Update 3: the Prices listed below for turkey did not change. if you see other higher prices, just continue and you will get the normal prices when you pay.

Update 2: Check the Pricing of each country HERE

Update 1: There are many unanswered questions in the comments. I will try to answer some of them down below.

There is been a Netflix Deal for almost a year but it has not been updated since then. I decided to bring this to life again with some updates as the price is very attractive now and the method still works fine. I did subscribed to a new Netflix plan yesterday using TorGuard VPN with server Turkey protocol UDP without any issues. After I subscribed I disabled the VPN and I can watch all TV Shows and Movies that are available for the UK on all devices.

Prices should be as following for Netflix Turkey

Basic
£2,33 / 15,99TRY
Standard:
£4,08 / 27,99TRY
Premium:
£5,80 / 39,99TRY

How to subscribe?

  • For existing users: unsubscribe from your existing plan and wait until it expires then do as following!
  • Download a VPN or use VPN Deal Here
  • Connect the VPN to server Turkey
  • open a private page in your browser (inkognito)
  • Go to netflix.com
  • Log in to your existing account or Create new account
  • Choose a plan > all prices will be shown in TL Turkish Currency
  • Insert your Credit Card details in subscribe to your favorite plan
  • That is all!
You can use Curve Card or Revolut Card to avoid foreign Transaction fee

Questions and Answers

Do I have to use the VPN permanently for watching Netflix?
No, Only one time to subscribe to Netflix.

What is a VPN?
VPN gives you a new IP Adress from another Country to simulate that you are in this country + it encrypts the data sent and recived while connected. Some use a VPN to watch contents from other countries like USA Contents or watch Contents from Homeland while abroad.

Are the Movies and TV Shows in Turkish?
No, it is all in English as a normal UK Netflix Account

Can I watch US Netflix in the UK?
yes, by using a Streaming Ip. I personally use a Streaming Ip from Torguard Deal.

would paypal payments work with this?
No, use monzo, starling or revolut to avoid foreign transaction fees

Is there any free VPN to achieve this deal?
Free VPNs : OpenVPN - speedify

Does NordVPN works for getting this deal?
No, it does not

Turkey prices have gone up?
No, Netflix experiments from time to time on new prices. Those prices do not apply when you pay.

Money I save on Turkish deal will spend on VPN to watch from USA, is it possible?
Yes, just use a US Streaming IP from this Deal.

Is Argentina cheaper than Turkey?
No, it is not. Check pricing here for each country

Check out the hotukdeals VPN Megathread HERE

Why do you do this? The quality of content on Netflix is 100% dependent on it's revenue. By doing this you are only making it worse for yourself, not to mention ripping off everyone else around you that's paying full price.

Personally I'd rather Netflix was double the price so we got more choice and more original content.

There's a reason Netflix is almost half price in Turkey, they have half the amount of content we do.

So tell me, every time a mis-price deal is posted do you call the company and tell them about it? If something rings up cheaper at the supermarket than the shelf price do you tell them and offer to pay the extra? No. Thought not. Selective superiority syndrome. Nobody is doing anything illegal. It’s called a work around. I think your nominal is very apt.
I bought a one year Netflix account on eBay last year, it lasted me a month then went off! Messaged the eBay seller and they sent an e-mail with about 30 accounts on.. They lasted maybes another month
Moral of the story, don't buy Netflix accounts on eBay

i suppose you could always ask a supplementary question; If Netflix can make money charging Turkish people much less than they charge us, why can't they charge us the same?

This worked for me using purevpn turkey and a weswap debit card loaded with TRY. No luck with my revolut card.
jr00712/06/2019 00:24

Which package? Good price though!

The standard HD plan. Only for me and herself so no point paying the extra when it'll never be watched on any more than two screens anyway. The other one was £7.50 or something i think

When this happened to me I started the whole signing up process again on a different device (wife’s laptop) making sure the VPN was already on Turkey I used an incognito window, in chrome and also used a different email address. I wasn’t asked for a mobile number until later in the process and the flag was a dropdown so I changed to UK before entering my mobile number.

Hopefully that will work for you...

I will try use my wife's laptop. Thank you for replying to my post!! Have a grate weekend.
I just remember it asking me for to register a number now and I clicked no. If they have changed it, what about a Skype number?

For an international call, replace the 0 at the start of the UK number with our country code 44. Then add the international prefix for the country making the call, which is often 00. A UK mobile could begin 00447... or be written as +447..., not 004407...
I tried to do this but got stuck at verify mobile number bit as well. When it asked for my mobile I closed the page, turned off the Turkish VPN and logged into my Netflix account as normal but I was back at square one so I tried again, this time using a different credit card as it was no longer letting me use my old one and I put in my mobile in as +4478... but it still had a Turkish flag next to it which I couldn't change and not overly surprisingly I didn't receive the OTP text. I tried multiple times but this time it wouldn't let me use either of my credit card citing an unknown error. Went on live chat and it said you only get a few attempts before it locks you out for 24 hours. Will try again tomorrow but if anyone has any tips for getting past the mobile number verification, I'm all ears!
Same happened to me. Tried again on another device (wife’s laptop) Turned on the VPN, used an incognito window in chrome, re-registered with a new email address and wasn’t asked for my mobile number until later in the process and it was a clickable flag (dropdown) so I could select UK. Hope this helps

What browser / Operating System were you using?
Managed to get it to work using Safari on an mac in the end after waiting 24 hours for the block to go.

The Turkish Netflix prices have increased now though annoyingly.

Did you create a new account? The first time I tried it wouldn’t let me change the flag and that was on Mac/chrome as well.

No I used my existing account each time. Perhaps it's not dependent on O/S or browser then.

Yea, I had assumed it was the fact I created a new account as I was using the same os/browser, albeit a different laptop. Only difference was incognito and new account. Very strange
Has it gone up for new and current subscribers too?
68p / month for me - cheers OP!

About right for my demand, I think we've watched half an episode of Peppa Pig in the 2 months since getting it sorted....

Oh yeah, it's weekly... 4.99TL / week
Well I lost my job due to cuts and will sponge on Netflix
This just worked for me first time, maybe I'm lucky I don't know.

Downloaded speedify onto a windows laptop, changed the VPN to "Turkey-Bursa". Opened an "Inprivate" window using the Microsoft Edge browser (Said I'd give this browser a go after spotting a comment here saying they had the mobile number issue with Windows + Chrome), signed up using Revolut card making sure I had a balance in that and it was accepted straight away, I got a notification from Revolut at this stage saying that 1 Turkish Lira had been taken from my account at this point. Next up came the mobile verification and luckily I was able to change the flag next to the number from Turkey to Ireland where I'm based.

No idea if using Microsoft Edge Inprivate was the difference here but it worked, in any case. Many thanks to the original poster
Changed the flag lol

Simples!
