This has been the price for past few months. Non prime customers always had the free click and collect option. To be delivered, non prime guys need to pay the 3.99 delivery. correct me if I am wrong.

Correct me if I'm wrong, for the previous deal non prime customers had to pay £18.98 excluding delivery, so you had to find another item to reach the £20 order mark for free p&p.

I have this. Gives me full signal upstairs. I never used to get any signal upstairs

Where did you plug this in to? Upstairs or downstairs?

Also important question: Can I use this without having to plug an Ethernet cable to it? Can I just connect it by WiFi to modem and it will still expand range?

Essentially it piggy backs off the wifi of the router, so when you type in a url you send that to the netgear range extender and that sends it to the router and so forth.
They are slower as a result to say a system where you used powerlines and a powerline wifi adaptor
