Same price on Amazon actually, it's the RBK50 that's £219.99.

They're still a well specced "true" mesh product with dedicated backhaul which is what a lot of less expensive models miss out on.

Of course. Don't think 50s are mesh but apparently they do the job well.
I was really hoping that these would drop in price for Black Friday or today. Suppose I'm going to have to shell out £160 for them after all.

The main difference is that the RBK50 has a couple more antennas for its backhaul between units. For a lot of situations this isn't going to matter much or at all.
Ok, own up. Who beat me to the last one on Amazon?
I bought the RBK50s and can say these are fantastic bits of kit!!
I’ve used high end asus gaming routers and all sorts but all went back due to different issues, mainly upstairs watching the WiFi on the iPad flash away trying to connect. These Orbis cleared ALL home issues with WiFi, well worth the money even at full price! (£380 I paid).

Having recently moved I’ve gone from Virgin Media and now to BT. After installing the BT router the best speed I could get was up to 90mbps. I now have my Orbi plugged into the BT router (yes I know, router on router not correct but for now it works) and I get 310mbps. If I flick from Orbi back to BT then I watch the speed go down by a third..... that’s a huge difference!

IMO it’s one of the best WiFi kits out there!
