Cracking price for 2x gigabit powerline adapters. These are normally 30 quid or more so seems a great price. I've got two to connect my pc upstairs via ethernet to my router downstairs. They work great and always provide a solid connection.

Use these if you need to connect an Internet device via ethernet to your router without running long cables all over the house.

That was a ridiculous price for gigabit ports. Congrats to those that got them.

Nice, too bad they aren't passthrough though

Yeah there was only about 10 left I think when I posted but just thought I'd try help someone out. I didn't have a need for these but it was a great price.

14.99 in local Sainsbury's

Surely the best use for these is for intra-lan transfers ..who has an internet connection that will come close to maxing these out? (no-one?)
fastest I've seen is Virgin @ 300Mbps so even that is well below capability.. At this price of course its a nob-rainer.....

Although these state 1000mb they don't actually give you that speed that's just the maximum therotical top speed.

In real life a 1000mb adapter will give you around 100mb/s on a speed test. A 600mb powerline adapter will net you around 60-70mb/s speeds.
