Just seen this on Dells Business site, the price I quote is including VAT and Shipping. The normal price for these is around the £1100+ mark. So take advantage of this!

I think there is also 8% quidco on this, not sure.

It also has around 5-6 hours battery life.

Also once you have added to the basket, click adjust system and add 1 year accidental damage protection for free!

No.

A lot better than the Lenovo deal that got ridiculous heat.

Indeed, the build quality of this laptop equals Macbook Pro levels. Coupled with the fact is is full 1080P.

Supermod

For sure, a few people on notebookreview forum have had their orders confirmed. As to whether Dell will honour it, who knows?!

How do I get a mod to change the main link?

What is the delivery date they got confirmed with?

nice find. misprice but worth a go.

I got my order confirmed for 27th July... Ordered a few hours ago.

Order acknowledgement or confirmation??

Is the configuration crashing for anyone else? Tried it with Firefox, IE and Safari and all the same result.

Well if it gets accepted you have essentially a Macbook Pro quality computer, that runs Windows @1080p for just over £600....

Although the processor and GPU are the same the Dell XPS has a really good build quality; the Dell has a fast 750GB HDD and a 32GB m-sata SSD; it should be a lot faster than the 1TB 5400 drive in the Lenovo. For me the winner on this deal would be the excellent full HD screen.

Ordered. I might send the Sony back that I bought for £419 as this is a beast.

MikeyBFC

the only 1 that i can see that might be it, is showing up as £489

Yes, that's the one.

Thank you Risco, the lad wants a Macbook Pro. I told him to fek off, this might get me a coffee in bed every morning. Order seems to have been accepted.

I've ordered another as the missus wants one too.

is this a big mis-price? would it be easy to sell 1 on, on ebay? how much for?

thanks

I give this a very low probability of being honoured, but I'll have a punt anyway!

Massively tempted especially with quidco potentially taking it to around the £570 mark. Thank goodness the medieval Yorkshire Bank doesn't open on a Saturday; the pennies can stay in the piggy bank. Have saved the basket just in case though. Many thanks to Risco for posting.

On the payment front credit cards get authorised but payment doesn't go out until shipment; maestro cards are debited straight away - that's been the drill with my last few orders anyway. I have 'non business use' saved as part of my address for dell business orders - never had to return anything but some time ago the opinion was that you don't lose your consumer rights just because Dell say you do.

One word of caution though - was researching the new xps 13 for a friend and that page is filled with user complaints about the trackpad.

Awesome deal so tempted but I've already bought the Vaio from the livingsocial deal. These might even get cancelled. Do you guys reckon I should cancel and get this?

A Dell with MacBook Pro build quality? Never thought I'd see the day.
Oh, wait a minute, I never will.

Amazingly good price though, am gonna take a punt on it for the money, worth a try.

No, I wouldn't if I were you. I'm 99% sure this one will get cancelled

I'm thinking of getting this one. Looks awesome and 1080p for this price floats my goat to infinity.

Still, if you order it why would it get cancelled? I don't get it. And can you order it even without having a company?

I think we all know that it's a misprice, but hell yeah, go for it, what's the worst thing that can happen? You'll get a refund if nothing else.
