BT have launched their new Family Sim Plans, and they look like good value for money, for the right family.

The discount goes up the more Sims you order, and whilst the primary Sim is tied to a 12 month contract, each additional Sim is added as a minimum 30 day, giving you the flexibility to add or remove Sims throughout your 12-month term. All of the plans get billed together so that you can also monitor the family usage X)

I'd advise anyone thinking of signing up to BT to go check out their Facebook page. Nothing but pages and pages of complaints. Listen I am not saying its not a good deal but its the after service that is appalling. It can take hours to get through to the customer services and they are just as ignorant when dealing with your issue.

try using live chat....quicker than phone or email.

But BT Mobile is actually EE network. It's not using EE network it IS EE network.

Live chat gets you over to India or somewhere like that, who honestly havent a clue what you are discussing with them. If you like being frustrated without getting your question answered, yeah sure use the web chat. you must have plenty of time to waste!

Haven't had any bother with customer service for bt mobiles, contacted a few times. UK centres any time I rang and live chats, not to bad either.

Since changing over from superslow Giffgaff to superfast BT 20gb (EE in all but name), outside of a few black spots in and around London, haven't regretted my decision one bit, streaming is a joy and telephone call quality excellent.

The 15GB plan is currently £16 for the first Sim but £35 for x2 sims.... strange...
Also the 500MB sim is only available as a single sim.

While I can't dispute/deny your claims about BT, ​You're always going to get far far more negative stuff on a company's social media page then is representative.

People don't think twice about immediately posting negative experiences, because they do it with the intention that they'll get something out of it (ie by doing it publicly they think it forces the company to respond). But no one is going to post if they have an experience than went as expected, or even positive experiences because there's no benefit to doing so.

Can't complain about BT Mobile. They now own EE and all of the network benefits that brings. The family deal is convenient for me as a father and easy to monitor the Sims for all my family using my online account. Customer service is average but no less so than O2 or Vodafone who I was with for many years. Data speeds are excellent and network seems to be much more reliable than O2 ever was. Good enough for me but hey ho, each to their own.

i have to agree with others comments here about BT customer service. when trying to contact them it is always busy, when they answer they are not very knowledgeable and their lives chat is not much better, and good luck using live chat if your problem is broadband down! i agree complaining unfortunately probably won't change anything, but what other alternatives do we have, it's not like you can just leave a contract if you are unhappy with the service even if you can evidence it, basically the whole system is biased towards the provider not the customer.

Find me a 4g mobile sim deal for £14 with 15 gigs of data

Actually the prices above are for people who have BT Broadband at home so the BT £5 discount is already applied. The same 2 options on the screenshot are £41 and £74 respectively if you do not have the BT broadband. This is not such a bad deal in my mind as long as EE network is what is wanted.
