£11.400 including the servicing package - a bike and the bus would cost more - if it depreciates £2k per year it’s still cheap safe and worry free motoring.

Really not not sure what more people want for the money it’s even got AEB, cruise control and a spare wheel !!! Makes a Dacia look expensive and they do feel cheap, won’t have the safety features and cost more to run. Perfect family car for a great price

I’m also quite sure that you can extend the warranty to five years for about £250, get some wheel and tyre insurance and you are there with worry free car ownership for up to five years- something you won’t get on a PCP deal.

As for reliability - people need to get the facts, relatively reliable , better than most things from Germany !

What’s the mpg like

My partner has the lounge model with the 1.4 95hp engine, the mpg is terrible, car is very slow/underpowered as its quite heavy you have to rev it right out all the time to make any progress.
With the 1.4 multiair turbo or the 1.6 diesel engine it would be a great car for the money as its nice to drive, has decent handling and its comfortable
Fix it again Tayyip

WHEELS! I would say that's a main feature

Fix It Again, Tony!
I would buy the 3 year warranty with it.. good deal I think..
I drove one a couple of months back. Nothing special to drive but decently put together certainly superb value as a second car for the wife to ferry the kids to school.

Fuel consumption figures for the Fiat Tipo range in mpg (l/100km); Combined 36.7 (7.7) – 52.3 (5.3).

It's Italian so should be.... Toni

Wrong.

"The Tipo is assembled at the Tofaş plant in Bursa, Turkey, by the Italian automaker Fiat and is built on the Fiat Small Wide LWB platform. It replaced the Bravo and Linea in the C-segment range."

Lol, Italian?
think about the resale value ........terrible
Heat from me, freinds of mine have just bought a used one of these and in the flesh these look really smart. I am a bit of a badge snob but was honestly really impressed with the look of this. Incredible price for a good looking car in my opinion.
Any competition to this new at this price?

Can't imagine it would look nice in a lounge as well..

£11194 at SG PETCH and that includes the service plan. Save yourself a further £200.

Had my partners just under 2 years now and no problems at all reliability wise, did have one problem on the day we picked it up arnold clark didnt fasten quick release battery terminal and it died at traffic lights and couldn't get any power on a very busy junction causing chaos, took me a few minutes to figure it out. Idiots, better do the checks yourself but fiat reliability is fine these days ive got a punto evo 1.4 turbo 7 years old, never failed an mot, never had any warning lights etc, still drives like new with 67k miles and many people tune them to over 250bhp (1.4) and dont forge the pistons and they never die
Does it come with an Engine?
Fiat ...this will fall apart before you get of the fore court
Decent deal. My wife had a Fiat Brava for 7 years from new and the issues we had with it were no worse than any other car. My son has a 2nd hand Fiat Punto, again, not had any problems. I think most of the people knocking Fiats have never actually owned one.

Between me & the wife we have owned 3 fiat's in the past a Bravo, Panda & a 500...no issues.

Urban myth re reliability and in my opinion good value for this size car

I thought the idea might have been to sit in the car and watch the tv.

If just shows what kind of name gets assigned if Marketing aren't supervised at all times...
The Uno i had decades ago was top notch, never had a problem. Heat from me for the price

My Fiat Abarth had failed coil at 4500 miles from new. It's awfully put together but I got it for exhaust noise, not the quality of interior.
Fix it again Tayyip
OP do you know if this is available as a sedan version? Thanks in advance
The Fiat Tipo (2019 ) edition is one of the best cars I’ve driven. Comes with leather seats, heated seats, lumbar support, black rims ext. very luxurious car for the price and quite nippy. Heat added

Or for the same price us could have brand new Yamaha MT-10 SP version, just sayin
