Hey all!

New Colonel's Club deals are out and always worth posting because for people buying KFC anyways it is literally free food!

This month's deals are:

-£1 Krushems
-Free Large Popcorn Chicken with 10 Piece Wicked Variety Bucket
-Free Cookie with Zinger or Fillet Burger Meal

Of course for students (or those with the means to gain student cards ) you also get a free Mini Fillet Burger or Krushem when you spend £3 or more.

I've seen much better months but for free stamps and deals you can't go wrong if you were gonna buy KFC anyways occasionally.

These KFC deals have been gradually getting worse each month, very disappointing.

Agreed, used to get fantastic cheap buckets, free wings, plus 15% off with student discount...

Now its normal price food, plus a cookie. Yay.

Still, worth collecting the chicken stamps if you eat KFC anyways, even periodically, and keeping an eye on the deals.

Yeah, even the student discount, used to be 15% discount for £5 spend now it's a free burger...

In fairness, if you spent £5 you got it for £4.25 which is good...

But now if you buy a £3 meal you get a free burger, which probably equates to as much food as the £5 meal.

That really isn't that bad. Admittedly, the 15% gets better with the bigger purchases etc.. buckets

Do i still get a stamp with the student offer? Thanks

I had KFC (Cobham Services on M25) a few weeks back and they were adamant that students could not get a free Krushem. They called their manager over and (with a huge queue as happens in motorway services) had a long debate with me - rather embarassing but then you shouldn't advertise an offer and not tell your staff about it!

I was then told outright there was absolutely no chance I could have the free side of chips, which was a seperate offer (no spend required for the offer!! But they said I can't stack offers). They were unwilling to see if their system allowed this, as this "is an abuse of our promotions".

Needless to say I didn't enjoy the meal after the amount of rudeness experienced re the whole situation.

Do I need to tell them I want a free Krushem or just order an extra Krushem with my meal and the discount is instantly applied? They spent ages doing stuff on the till. Would be helpful if I knew in advance what they need to do

Deals are getting rubbish now.

KFC's app deal setup is awful in my experience, the impression I get is the counter staff don't want you to use these offers like its being deducted from their pay, really unhelpful in telling you what you have available like some secret society.
Afterall its the Colonel's Club not Fight Club

Agreed, its like its coming out of their pocket! Stingy sods, but, in my experience the best fried chicken around usually.

I never had an issue using the offers or student discount, if I ever did I kick off until they give it to me or I refuse to pay and take my business elsewhere.

I would suggest you just got a terrible KFC with awful service, although I have always had to scan the code and actually ask for the deal and show them face to face for it to work.

It's a shame such a good tasting food store insists on treating it's customers like

Same thing happened to me. Couldn't get deal because I have student discount?!?!? I didn't even use my student discount at all and wanted the deal that was advertised. No choice whether to use student discount or get deal, they are too undertrained to understand I wasn't trying to use my student discount. Too much heartache, was promised a free burger for my bucket and the lady couldn't even get that to work. I give up with this app

The memory a few weeks back has come back to me completely now !

Them: There is no way I can give you a free Krushem Sir, you have 3 Colonel Stamps. You don't have enough Colonel Stamps.

Me: I don't need any Colonel stamps, it is a student offer.

Them: But you need so many colonel stamps for a Krushem. We don't just give out free Krushem's - that would be ridiculous. You need the stamps, Sir. And No I don't need to see whatever your phone says, since it's the Colonel Club App and you don't have enough Stamps.

Me: I'm not trying to use any Stamps !! I don't need any stamps!!!! I got a Krushem last time from this same KFC.

Them: Well Sir - you got a free Krushem last time, that will be why you don't have enough stamps.

It just went on, and on, like a comedy sketch - except it's not funny when there's a whole load of people behind you and you are being treated like an idiot.

Oh, and they gave me four of the old £1 coin 3 hours before they were no longer legal tender. Needless to say I made them get a key to re-open the till and actually give me coins that I can spend the next day.

Oh, and they then proceeded to give me the meal... Without the Krushem. TWICE. Just shouting out my order number as if suddenly I'll now take it, even though the drink STILL isn't there, which is why I didn't walk off 2 minutes ago with the meal.

Gosh that was the worst meal / customer service I've had in years. I do like the food though when travelling @ services

@Firefly1 that does sound like a comedy sketch! But very believable! The app is useless now that the student discount has stopped!

Did you check the design on the reverse of the coins before requesting the new ones? Some of them command decent prices well above £1 now.
