This is a new credit card from Nationwide and MSE reckon it's the best "all-round" card on the market. Also offers commission-free purchases abroad.

Note to apply for the card, you already have to be a Nationwide current account holder (you can apply for both account and card together).

Cashback rule:-

To be eligible to apply, you have to hold a FlexAccount with a Visa debit card (not cash card+) and:

pay in £750 or more each month (excluding internal transfers), or
agree to complete an Account Transfer from an account (non Nationwide) using our Account Transfer Service or have done so in the past 4 months.

To continue to receive cashback, you must credit £750 or more each month into your FlexAccount (excluding internal transfers).

and your point is?

most people dont go on both sites.

A bit rich criticising someone for making an effort, however small, when you seem to have contributed **** all in the way of deals in over 3 years! oO

Though it would be polite to acknowledge your source rather than take the credit for finding the deal yourself.

Good card - but when I tried to apply, computer said no:-(

Nationwide customer of 10+ years, credited about £10K over the last year but not enough in the past three months it seems!

Why so cold? This is the longest 0% on purchases on the market!
Plus 0.5% cashback. It's a very good credit card if you are a flex account holder.

As I've just wrote on another thread, this card does seems like a good deal for a decent interest free period but not too sure about the terms attached - i.e. required to pay in £750 a month or account transfer. I've got some upcoming Uni fees to pay and have a NW flex account which I occasionally deposit and withdraw money to/form to keep it active, but I'm not sure if I'd be elegible for that card due to the aforementioned terms, and I'm not sure I'd want to waste a credit search applying in case I'm rejected...?

If you use Nationwide as your main account or are willing to bounce money about it may be ideal but the terms seem a bit ambiguous regarding if they'll suddenly start charging you interest if you don't pay in £750 a month..
