I'd always go xiaomi, budget Samsung (whilst better than they used to be) just don't cut it with me.

If you like a smooth Android ROM it's great,it feels like a new phone again, the phone is now running Android 10,no bloat wear and autofill works great. I've had an update too already. You need a PC and a Xiaomi account to unlock the phone,if it isn't already, which I doubt if it's bought for the British market, other than that you'd need to Google it for instructions.

Samsung Galaxy a20e better than this one only £20 extra on Vodafone

Can I really have phone with half the storage, less ram, worse screen , way worse battery life for more money ? Sounds like a bargain to me

You do I do
This feels expensive when you can get the note 7 and note 8 for a few pounds more ( I know not from Amazon )

The 64 GB version of 7/8 would be about £30 more expensive when on offer. There are people for who this price difference will justify going for this phone. Considering that Redmi note 4 for updated to MIUi 11 recently, you can expect another year or so of updates.
I don't think we'll be nipping the Antarctic with this deal then!

Its weird they haven't merged the heat and comments from mine isn't it?
Still great value and with a warranty.

Obviously grab a Note 8T if you want an improved camera and NFC.

All the best bud
I know a similar comment was posted on the other thread but I didn't get to see an answer, how would this be for my older generation mum coming from a Moto E2 and needing something bigger for keyboard etc and generally more responsive. She takes some photos, but she never moaned about the E2 quiality, but then probably doesn't do much else with them once taken.

I think this is world's above an E2 and the camera will be far superior. Only thing I would say is the OS will feel very different so that might throw her a little.
Great phone for the money, even better with Android 10 on it using the Pixel Experience ROM .

Galaxy a20 is better
I currently have Moto G6 play. Is this an upgrade in terms of performance?

Thanks, hmmm change in operating it may be a problem. Guess I'll keep my eye out for a genuine Android OS.
