Discover an endlessly beautiful screen

Enjoy uninterrupted viewing on the Galaxy S10+. The stunning 6.4-inch Infinity-O Display is crafted from flawless glass which wraps from edge to edge, with no home button, no notch for the receiver and a simple dot opening for the front camera.

... because without it, it can't be new (even with it it's often used). Many retailers trying to sell used phones as new, unfortunately this is where race to the bottom has brought us

Not smart to dump box as phone loses resale value

I have the S10+ Exynos, probably would have gone for the Snapdragon version if I was buying now. Seeing as Samsung pay works with about 2 banks it's not a big deal for me if I don't have it.

The item is new and unused as listed by the seller, it would be as simple as sending it back if it was not as it would be false advertisement and therefore breaking consumer protection act 2007 "Claims made about the characteristics of goods and services contain a false statement of fact"

It well could be, if you're lucky, but often they aren't, as reported by HUKD users. Not even eBay, Amazon try to enforce that legislation in their platforms

Luckily PayPal, credit card issuers offer some protection. If platforms did their homework, those third parties wouldn't have to pick up so many pieces left by reckless sellers

I had to return a iPhone to them on a previous offer. The phone was “brand new opened box” but had been registered!

Simple returns process, but it’s still a headache.
The price devalue so much in less than a year...

Lol so you want to pay more? You could always not use the Ebay discount.
You could also add the price of a box and the fact that it has been unboxed so that's £600. Are you happy with that price?

I said that because i paid £825 for my s9+ when it comes up and less than a year it drops to 400 . Dude... it hurts LOL. and when the s10 drops so fast like this, probably my s9+ already worth next to nothing....
Lesson learn is never buy when it's newly launch!

If you buy any phone in this manner a year after release it would be half the Price or less. I can't remember any full retail deals for under & 500 for the brand new Plus, so I would say the priice has held up very well when you consider there were 4 models Instead of the normal 2.

Preach!
I bought a S6 like 5 years ago and it was refurbished and it still looks like new now. Works like a dream

Ive never used Samsung Pay, just use google pay which works with everything
As good as these deals are getting, based on current reviews, it does seem this generation of phones (s20, Mi10) have significant camera/sensor processing leaps that hasn't been seen in the last few years. Probably get a much a much better product if buy the latest flagship which I would say couldn't be claimed the last 2/3 years over the iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus models.

I'm going to sell my S10+ and go for the S20, purely on camera alone. This year to me does appear to a better release than previous years.

And people saying about a box, I keep everything brand new, I want the box, personally in my opinion it helps with future resale as shows you've looked after everything. But I always look at things from a resale value to minimise loss.

You could also consider the p30 Pro or the mi note 10, the cameras on those phones are fantastic too

OnePlus? Didn't offer much in the camera department so for them to so a marked improvement is easy.
The S20 series has seen the biggest change in sensors used on a Samsung flagship since the S7//E.Bigger sensors, bigger pixels, high MP count on the main lens.
The actual gains in performance is pretty much the same every year, which is not a lot until you get to heavy applications. Battery gains look impressive with a certain reviewer getting 6 hrs of sot from 58% - 0 on the Mi 10.

I did exactly that, but with this whole debate with them still I ended up taking it back and changed for the S10+

I was told yesterday that they will support Google on existing devices but anything new will be under their own platform.

Sounds a bit messy, and not proven, so will stick with Samsung for now, but the S20
