Great phone and finding battery life excellent with android 10.But check small print on listing.."For any issues after 30 days please contact the manufacture directly." who will politely tell you to take a hike as US model.

Yes, unfortunately even if the seller says 12 month warranty on eBay, if the seller decides not to honour it then you're out of luck eBay won't be interested. I know this as I've sold loads on eBay in the past and once 45 days is up the customer is sh&t out of luck.

It's fine to buy Apple products as I've bought an iPad Air 2019 from this company and the Apple warranty registered fine.

Will Samsung UK provide 12 month warranty if you get a US model?

Voted hot, great price! I dont understand the issue with the warranty, what is the likelihood to need repairs at a brand new phone. None of my phones ever broke and I don't change my phone every year!
Surely if you pay using a credit card you will get section 75 protection.
Snapdragon?

Because I bought a Note 10 Plus from this seller and it wasn’t new, it looked like a very good condition repackaged refurb (different screen protector, some minor scuffs/marks and fake Samsung accessories). As @fishmaster said, Apple stuff is fine as they don’t have region-specific hardware, so I bought my iPad Mini 5 tablets from here and I’d buy Apple again knowing it’s covered by Apple. You’d probably get 180 days cover by PayPal bypassing eBay. I guess if you’re lucky you’ll get a US-spec model with a Snapdragon but I wouldn’t risk their stock.

Could you buy with a credit card and any possible warranty claim do it under a Section 75?

I do agree Apple has the best warranty of all. My comment was for a brand new product, as this is what is advertised here. I have some doubts this is brand new considering the price. I posted some deals from this seller but never used it. I came across some negative comments related to the seller. Me personally, if I buy something new, I am expecting to be new and if it is not, will go back to the seller. I will not risk the warranty either.

Yes the Note 10 Plus I bought from them was meant to be brand new but wasn’t. When I challenged them rather than explaining they said ‘ok return it’, no explanation or defence, says it all.

Only benefit of the US models is getting the Snapdragon 845 855 over the Exynos. Warranty support is the concern. Also S10 series will be updated in just 2 months time.

855?
When I clicked on the link on the bottom it showed other sellers as well, Music magpie had 1 prism green left in very good condition on EE, the code knocked it down to £315. Can't wait to get it now
Another benefit of the US models is FM Radio.

That sounds more appealing as you’ll have proper support too. Can’t help but feel the price will plummet in 1-2 months time though.
How do they get away with saying it's new when it's clearly not. If it was new then it would have all the accessories

There is a category class called ‘new - open box’ or ‘new - other’ on eBay which this should fall under, if it was actually new but couldn’t be sure.

Yes, it's a little known trick with PayPal up to 180 days but eBay hates you doing it. There are more hoops to jump through too.
Bought. Thanks. Will let you know if I have any problems!
