Good price for the the S10 Plus.
Almost creeping to the £500 mark.
Rather pricey 12 months ago on its release date but this is more reasonable.

I think it's due to it being an Easter weekend. You should probably expect a reply on Tuesday if you're trying to contact them

Happy Easter to all the Switchy household.
I think this is the best price around at the moment my only reservation is the legitimacy of the company selling it and if it'll truly be backed by Samsung's warranty.

Also this isn't another of those situations where this one has a slower processor than the ones we'd buy from Samsung themselves or other UK approved sellers?

Has anyone had any experience with WowCamera before?

I purchased a P30 Pro from wowcamera and no issues whatsoever. Spot on service. Only thing is it was a European model so European plug although they provided an adaptor

My experience was more or less the same although it was a Samsung Galaxy S10+ (Italian version) but is unlocked and absolutely fine. They can be a bit slow to respond but generally do so within a few days.

Apart from the plug being European and any paperwork presumably being in Italian was there anything else that would differentiate it from a UK one?
I'll be honest I was worried at first because it's a lot of money to pay especially if you have doubts about the company and I was the same. My phone did have the italian vodafone app pre installed which I just deleted. I'm actually with vodafone so just installed the UK app version instead. I got sent the international unlocked version SM-G975F Link GSM Arena Specs and it was fully sealed. I have had no issues with anything at all. I'm on android 10 (security update April 1st) running One UI version 2.1 so everything is absolutely fine.

Did you get a response? I tried ringing the UK number and initially no one was answering and then now it goes straight to voicemail.

I've just received a refurbished phone, with a fake sticker on top of the genuine one that rips apart if opened. The fake one doesn't and the sticky side was low quality.

When it's too good to be true it probably is... will be returning this.

Oh no that's terrible, sorry to hear that, thank you for posting about your experience.

Do you want a refurbished one, I'd always rather new, it's just a minefield finding somewhere reliable that is cheap? I usually end up just stumping for Amazon which is rarely the cheapest but at least you're pretty secure in what your getting with them.
I want new for the sole reason the battery can't be changed easily and the water resistance is gone after you do.
Batteries last about 2 years before they start degrading. Refurbished one, I'd have to find an amazing deal to go for it

I might just use my work discount and get one with 10% off from Samsung directly

UPDATE: Wowcamera are a bunch of scammers!
I've just chatted with Samsung:

"Thank you so much for your patience and as I have checked here on our end although your device was a manufactured in UK but the retailer that you had purchased your device is not an authorise retailer of Samsung UK we are not able to guarantee the device warranty. "
Edited by: "noonecanhelp1" 3rd May
and another update that just confirms WOWcamera are not to be trusted, I did an IMEI check:
the language was indeed hungarian once I powered it on
