I wouldn't touch hitechelectronics with a barge pole. 12 month Warranty they offer is worthless beyond the period of eBay buyer protection/PayPal protection as there is no way of getting them to honour it. They will use every excuse imaginable to squirm out of warranty claims/repairs. I bought a Google pixel grade b on a previous deal which stopped working after 6 months they refused to repair due to there being a couple of cosmetic scratches on the case (present when purchased and not connected to problem with phone). They still haven't returned phone to me and ignore all messages. Avoid at all cost..

Still the nicest feeling phone to use that I have had for a good few years
Anyone had any charge port issues? On my S8 I had to have the charge port replaced twice in about 16 months. Just wondering if it's better quality on the S10.

Buy a wireless charger and you will never have that problem again!

Samsung charge ports have always been dodgy right back to my old s2. They've switched to usb c now though, so hopefully less issues.
Dodgy charge ports?? Never on my Samsung products, inc current S9, S10e and Tab S6. (all usb c) Although never encountered any on micro usb ports.

Definitely not EU or UK spec, most likely grey import.
Warranty will not be honoured in the UK by Samsung and this 12 months warranty with the seller is useless after the resolution period is expired.
Would think twice before buying from this seller!
I had a really bad experience with this company, they cancelled an order just because I applied an ebay voucher and I had to chase my money for two weeks. Their customer service is absolute rubbish, slow and unclear. I was down £400 for two weeks and had to phone/email them daily. Then my negative feedback disappeared!

Would a seller know if you used a voucher?
Update for info: Received the phone, it's an SM-G970U US version. Brand new and sealed in original packaging. Pros, it's snapdragon, Cons, Samsung warranty. Think i'm keeping it.

Would you say it was worth it?

Yeah, to me. Sim's working, everything seems fine. Just depends on whether the warranty bothers you really. Think samsung pay will probably be out from what mr. Switch says, but i wouldn't use that anyway

I think Samsung/Android pay is a deal breaker for me

You're best waiting for a uk deal then i reckon. I'd bet there'll be some good ones in the next few months with the s20 range out now

Got one too but before I read this thread. I can also confirm it's the US version but also comes with a Verizon info sticker over the screen and preinstalled Verizon apps. Note that the seller has listed this as Factory unlocked and Exynos 9820 implying EMEA version. Snapdragon is tempting but not sure what to do with it now...
Just got mine. Box is marked with SM-G970U and phone has Verizon branding and bloatware. Well at least it's new and has the Snapdragon 855. Gonna have to find and flash unbranded firmware on it since warranty is out of the image now, but hopefully the Snapdragon pays off with better battery life and performance than Exynos.

Edit: Phone doesn't seem unlocked, I put in a Smarty (EE) sim card and it comes up with Change Carrier: Sorry your device can't be activated on another carrier's network right now. For help, contact Verizon...

Edit 2: I've managed to sort out the sim lock issue and have flashed the phone with unbranded firmware.
