It does look dubious to me, almost like a hacked account.
Went from selling just a bunch of cheap sim cards in the past 12 month to suddenly selling Airpods that are easy / desirable items to put on. Prior to last year and beyond they were actually selling books according to the feedback.

When you click onto the seller profile, initially it takes you to the seller ocelotbooks but then the name changes to iphone manic accessories. The description hasn't changed either:

Welcome to Ocelotbooks. We sell a wide variety of books from all genres. If you can't see what you're looking for, please contact us and we will see if we can add it to our inventory.

And then there's the business name which is nothing to do with books.

My radar is not happy

This right here is a good example of why I don't use eBay much anymore, far too many scammers and people manipulating listings for me.

Item arrived, brand new sealed as mentioned. Warranty was exactly as seller said, until Aug 2023. I rang Apple to request for the full 12 months be given, as new and sealed however they could not, as "they have been pre-registered for warranty purposes". They did however confirm genuine and full Apple warranty until Aug 2023.Overall well chuffed.
