I’m not saying they’re a bad company, just that you’re getting a grey import. If they now have a UK base, then fair enough, but it used to be that the goods would still come from abroad somewhere. It won’t be a UK phone though.
Whether people care about that is up to them

HDEW isn’t a UK seller
Bargain price. Sadly, no PayPal payments, so can't use PayPal credit.
Does this include Samsung warranty? Or is it the retailer providing their own warranty? Couldn't find much online.

Investigation required to find out if these are UK/European models, only ones covered by Samsung warranty

Heard good things about this seller though

Gorgeous phones, you can become easily infatuated

Exactly my question.I want some thing which offers local Samsung warranty and my quest for a s10+ would finally be complete. Can you please confirm?
Not eu or UK model then so no Samsung warranty.

It's brand new Samsung sealed phone. Just registered it under Samsung account and it's under 12 month warranty. Seller's website states 1 year warranty as well.

Standard UK warranty is 24 months so guessing its an import which means manufacturer warranty would be void. I've emailed the seller and they have confirmed the warranty would be with them. Now seems a lot of money to risk...

It's dual SIM card so I guess it's not for UK market...
At this price why would anyone buy the note 10

You wouldn't, unless you strictly needed no headphone jack, a worse screen, and an s pen.

Haha, bitty, while I have you here, best and cheapest mesh WiFi? Go!

Hmmm that is a hard one.. as mesh + cheap do not work in the same sentence!!

Over the last 10 months or so, have got a lot of our church groups onto smarty ul £18 sim + AC WiFi CPE or tat eBay router + bt disks set, in every single instance, in all sorts of properties, they have improved total WiFi coverage by at least 4x

If it's a massive property, 2x + 2x BT discs will do the job, that is the semi cheapest way to get the absolute best ping / speed / coverage at chip shop money!

I'm using 4g three at £19 per month unlimited Huawei router, and just needing one or two mesh, one for our room (smart TV) one for the 6 year old room possibly (smart TV + switch)

I'm also thinking this router is pretty rubbish, and may upgrade.

The Huawei will be the bottle neck switchy, so the mesh/ap/extender part would pick up the slack, if its running ac speeds, will pop over a dm later

This! I am looking out for regular S10 with Snapdragon (855) for good price too.
I got a Samsung galaxy watch from them, which was a middle east version, so comes with a UK plug as they have same pins there too. So I think they are imports and may not be covered by UK warranty
I got a Samsung watch from them too. Model was from Uraguay/Paraguay, but fortunately it was pretty easy to convert it to a BTU product code so Samsung Pay would work. Fine for a watch, wouldn't bother for a phone.

How did you do this? Just flash with uk firmware?

Even easier. Used some Tizen adb software, connected to the watch over wifi. Issued one command which brought up a product code selector. I'll hunt the url with the info later today if you want it?
