Tempted, but I will be holding off as I am sure this will be around the £15 mark in a couple of months after release. Heat for the effort of posting!
Played this on XB1 with Game Pass. It's a good game, much better than the like of Yooka Laylee. Tempted by this but I think I'll wait until there's some more information on how much new stuff has been added to this version

I came over from fully completing Yooka-Laylee, to this. It's a really good change doesn't get the love it deserves.
Downloaded it on gamepass and never had time to play it. Though I might pick it up for the kids on their switches. Hope I can get the digital version for roughly this price

It's a decent game, far more variety than I expected. I assumed going into it that it would be an uninspired 3D platformer trying to ape games from the 90's and 2000's, but it shifts genres quite a bit to an extent where it's nothing like a Mario 64 or Banjo. My issue with the game is that the levels themselves aren't anything mindblowing, but more importantly the world and characters just feel mashed together and lack any sort of charm you'd find in a prime Rare game.
It’s a pretty and responsive game but I found it a little basic somehow.

Didn't Xbox announce this as an exclusive? I hope they continue to release Xbox games on switch though..

Think the below is relevant to all Xbox games on Switch including the likes of Cuphead and Ori...

Why should I sign in to a Microsoft account on the Nintendo Switch start screen?

"Signing in to your Microsoft account connects you to your Xbox Live account. This allows achievements earned on the Nintendo Switch to funnel back into your Xbox Live gamerscore. It also allows you to participate in leaderboard postings hosted by Microsoft services."

If you're looking for the new additions to this game which the Xbox version doesn't have, here are the following things it includes:

- Levels have been updated with fresh environments

- Levels feature new puzzles, quests, mini games and more.

Lucky’s also received a skill boost with some upgraded moves like slide and an enhanced burrow.

It also has a revisions such as precise controls and a fully rotatable camera, things which weren't in the original game

So I'd suggest giving it a go as it's gonna be way different to what you've played already!
Literally started playing this tonight on XB1, and was surprised how good it was. Should be great on the Switch, especially with the updates.
