For not a lot more you can get a 40 odd inch 4K tv.
Not convinced a 32" TV at £172 is a deal, but it does have a recognised brand badge stuck on it by the manufacturer Vestel.

A 4k panel doesn't provide any effective resolution benefit over 1080p for typical domestic TV applications until about 48"+. May be more beneficial to consider PQ and other features rather than highest resolution sub-50", unless used in nearfield applications such as PC monitor. Similar to how OP 768p 32" screen offers no significant detriment compared to 1080p for typical domestic TV use at that size.
