This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I just created a new account and was eligible so this may work for others too. The offer should also be valid on accounts where the Amazon Assistant has not been installed previously. A very nice discount

After installing the assistant activate the voucher from within the assistant itself (the voucher should appear after completing the setup stages).

Prime Day 2019 starts 16th July

For a limited time, eligible Amazon Prime customers who install Amazon Assistant for the first time between July 01, 2019 and July 14, 2019 will receive a £10 promotional reward off their first eligible purchase of £25 or more on Amazon.co.uk before July 28 2019 (the “Offer”).
• The Offer is only valid between July 01 2019 and July 14, 2019 at 11:59 p.m (GMT).
• The Offer only applies to Amazon Prime customers who install Amazon Assistant for the first time between July 01 2019 and July 14, 2019. If you have previously installed Amazon Assistant on any browser, you will not be eligible for this Offer.
• If you qualify for the Offer, the promotional reward of £10 will be automatically added to your customer account and you can use it for your next qualifying purchase with a value of £25 or more.
• The promotional reward may only be redeemed against items dispatched from and sold by Amazon at the website www.amazon.co.uk. but not against Amazon devices, alcohol, digital content, baby and infant formula, Amazon Gift Cards, delivery and handling charges, gift wrapping, Warehouse Deals or products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities or products and services sold on any other website, even if "fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk" or "Prime Eligible."
• This Offer is only available to customers with a trial or paid membership to Amazon Prime or Amazon Student.
• The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is £10.

I would just like to put it out there that anyone concerned about data privacy should think long and hard before installing the Amazon Assistant or any other browser extensions, for that matter.

Amazon Assistant and other shopping extensions use your surfing habits to build a data profile of you and improve their targetted marketing efforts. Consequently, browser extensions tend to be very invasive and provide the companies that distribute them with a lot more data than users may realise. Some have also been the subject of a number of high-profile data breaches. Sometimes, it's not the intent of companies to be sinister with the use of browser extensions but undetected bugs could also pose risks to users' data privacy or security and can even lead to financial theft in some circumstances.

I would advise anyone installing the Amazon Assistant or any other browser extensions to carefully read the company's privacy policy before installing and be sure they trust what the company is saying regarding the use and sharing of users' data. Pay close attention to ambiguity. If in doubt, leave it out.

That's why you install it, get the promo, then remove it.

...but good advice to those who might be less tech savvy.
You should put prime members only in title.
You can also stack it with the following promotion for £20 off - Sign into the Amazon App for the first time between 1st April and 14th July 2019 and save £10 on your next qualified Amazon purchase of £30 or over.

Promotion link to see if you're eligible - amazon.co.uk/b/?…006

If you are eligible - You need to add the item into your basket first using the Amazon assistant and then use the App and checkout for the additional £10 to stack.

Each time I did this I went through the checkout first on the website to make sure that the initial £10 discount was registering before completing the purchase on the app. This may not be a necessary step, but I thought i'd mention it just in case.

I have around 50+ amazon accounts (as I used to take advantage of the 30 day trial, rinse and repeat) and out of around 15 accounts I've managed to get 6 of them to stack for £20 off.

Important - Just make sure you follow the instructions on the website to active the promotion first in the app.

Nice spot R33, notice how the clever clogs robots over at Amazon have twigged to expire this at midnight.. the day before Prime Day this year!!

Worth trying a few new "family" email accounts to nab the tenner off!
@reindeer333 , How do we create a new account, please?
Installed it now what? How you sign in on it? What you have to do exactly ?

Via the plugin (extension) go through the set up pages (you can skip these if you wish) and the offer should then appear (see the image below). Then just simply redeem via the pop up.

I'm on android, unfortunately already used but it worked with Firefox and Opera by ticking the Request Desktop Site option in the browser, I presume that will also be a feature on iPhone versions.
Same here - redeemed on new account, Prime first month free, 2xMaxtra in basket, but no discount applied.
