Worth noting these don't have vesa so can't be mounted on an arm

Could be with a suction cup mount

This is one for the landfill. 27 inch HD when UHD are around the same price.

And it's not even good for gaming with 6 ms response time.

can you recommand a 27'' uhd with the same price? (edited)

£50 is almost an increase of 50%. You can't compare such a huge margin.

Be mindful that this only has VGA (!!) and HDMI. No DP or even DVI. Also, 1080 on a 27" screen is pretty noticeable. Good price, but not for everybody.

espensive for a non 4K monitor. Pass

whilst also way cheaper than any 4k monitor? Having had a few I'd say the sweet spot is QHD for 27", 4k is better for >30"

Great deal if the monitor hits what you need. Ignore PC mongos who dismiss anything thats not top spec. (edited)

Agree my laptop can't drive more than fhd so no interest in higher resolutions...

Not a bad price for a 27 inch monitor, I pay £40 for a used LED 24 inch LG that is still going strong and does not consume much power. This one seems to be 24W. (edited)

Do you have a link for your £40 24 inch LG?

How is this for casual laptop gamer?

Dont write this off for being 27" 1080p monitor. It's basic, but fine.
For someone like my mum this is ideal - yes, I could buy a 2560x1440 resolution for a little more, but i'd then have to ramp up scaling to either 125 or (more likely) 150% so that she can read the text. This is a cheaper and much more direct way (and doesnt involve having to keep checking settings every time she wants support!)
