There was people on the door promoting this and also asking at the tills.

they didnt ask for a name etc, just an email address and signature. i didn't sign up to any 'account' or anything..

I signed up to this a couple of months ago. Sounded like a no strings offer from what the sales assistant said. I was then billed for a next directory I didn't order or receive. When I called to ask why I had a credit account with them, they told me the card I had filled in my e-mail address and personal details on gave them consent to do a credit check, open a credit account for me and charge me for a directory.

Cold from me. Sorry.

They give you a code to use online when opening a directory account. They'll email you one too soon.

i don't know alot about this offer, picked it up instore. but here are the terms and conditons

Agree with pp, they DO set you up an account. I have been fooled by this seeming 'no strings attached' promotion before. I received and was billed for a next directory I didn't knowily ask for. Very sneaky and dishonest of next. I'm surprised they allowed to keep doing this.

voted hot as you could just use a fake card number, if they are dishonest we can be two!

Yes they charge you £3.95 twice a year for the Next Directory

DON'T DO IT

I got this from Next recently as well & before filling in my details I asked her will I be charged for anything / are there any charges but was told no. Im glad I read this. Bunch of t*****s why do this when they have enough customers?! They did this to my sister last year until she closed the account!

heat added tho as in the ops eyes this was steaming!

I use my code yesterday it said it could not open a credit account for me(I already have one under different email address ) so had to pay by card. When you get to the payment page it gives u the option to get free delivery and pay £3.75 for a directory or just pay £3.99 for delivery and not receive the directory I chose this as like u say didn't want to keep getting a directory and getting charged. If I do get charged for a directory they will be getting one very angry call.

does anyone have one of these spare coes i could have please. Ifso will you inbox me. thanks.

don't need next directory if you can view the items online

Yep same two options for me. I chose to pay £3.99 for delivery instead of £3.49 for a directory, so shouldn't be getting a directory.
