Unless you have the need to pull footage off the camera regularly, I'd say stick with the one without wireless.

Not too difficult to connect a USB or pull footage off the memory card when you need it.

Only if you quickly want to remove a number of clips seamlessly. This can easily be also done with a small laptop and SD adapter in which you pull the card out from the dash cam. Personal preference and convenience really..

You’ll nearly always have a phone with you, as for a laptop it’ll be less likely.
