    If I get a dashcam with stationary park assist and it links with a rear dashcam, will it record from the rear as well as the front, if I make sense?

    its looks like it by reading some bits, but this will drain the internal battery alot more and uses more sd card space, thats the way i understand it, im not sure why it doesnt pull any juice from the car battery..

    so i think the nextbase uses either car battery or internal battery..

    Are there any dash cams that run on batteries without being Hard Wired ? I would have thought in this day and age there is

    Don't think so, though you probably could get an action camera with the correct mount to do the job.
    Just curious, why would you want this though given the relatively short battery life meaning you'd have to charge it often and having to remember to turn it on and off?
