It can be had for a bit cheaper at Currys/PC World for O2 Priotiry Moments customers

hotukdeals.com/dea…219

Is that I clouding the 3G model?

Great - I was considering going for the PC World offer for £189.99, but this is a fiver cheaper. May have to bite the bullet now

£179.99 at very (Your text here) using code 3QRVL, if you don't have O2

Ordered, cheers OP - been waiting to get it a touch cheaper than the PC World/Currys price of £189.99.

Just need to pop to CEX now to sell my ASUS TF300T

what is the conditions of the code ? Noticed it takes £9 off a £59.99 spend which means this code makes the gta deal from last night £3 cheaper

haha stupid autocorrect, fair enough, I'll keep an eye out for a Gen 1 with 3g then thank you both

It's a great tablet I've got the 32gb version. Yesterday I was using it on and off but had Spotify playing through the speakers for a good 6 hours. Still has 35% battery left

It holds its charge brilliantly on stand by, mine lasted 5 days with occasional use to check emails/surf the net and what not and was still at around 15-20% before I give it some more juice.

Sold it to them at lunch - £150 which I didn't think was bad (I paid that for it on the CPW deal). It was a good bit of kit in theory with the keyboard dock and expandable memory but I also have an iPad3, had an S3 until the other week and now got a Nexus4. When you are used to devices like these, the resolution and ppi of the TF300T screen just grated on me so I never really used it. Also found it a touch laggy at times and gpu performance could have been better on some games such as Real Racing 3.

I wouldn't personally recommend it unless you aren't fussy about the screen quality and the storage/keyboard are important to you. It was a bargain at the price I picked it up for but wouldn't pay some of the amounts they have been going for on ebay.

Thanks for the advise

Bought 32GB using O2 priority moments. It's a great tablet.

Someoneexplain the 02 deal please.

Original Poster

If you are on O2 priority, you get £10 off £100 or £20 off £200 if you buy in store.

o2 have exclusivity with Google for 32gb lte (4g) @ £319.00 with a free cover worth £29.99. Release date 13th September. o2.co.uk/sho…=ds

Very are littlewoods underneath. They are shocking if you have to call their support line. Took me 3 months to get a DVD recorder swapped after it was delivered faulty. In the end, LG replaced it themselves.

emustation2005

yeah they are good

They've upped the price by £15 - so voucher only brings it down to the standard price.

Thanks for this, will probably just go for it. Was hoping for the likes of John Lewis but that may take up til christmas and Im too impatient. Thanks again

The 4G version is not worth ~£100 more, especially if you already have a Wifi Hotspot compatible mobile phone. When I travel with my Nexus 7 "classic", I simply tether it via Wifi to my mobile. This also saves having to pay for two mobile tariff's.

Game have upped their prices by £15.

needs expiring, they've got on to this and the price has gone up 15 quid to compensate for the discount code.

I only realised as u ordered yesterday but used the wrong billing address, when they cancelled the order today and i went to reorder, the price has shot back up! looks like i'll be getting one on the pcworld £10 off deal....

Lol - how tight are they. Offering a 15% off code (capped at £15) and when they realise they're selling stuff because of it they put a cheeky price increase in.

Anyone bought from Very?

I've just placed an order with very. They deduct the £20 discount towards 1st payment so with the £3.95 delivery the total came to £182.95 to pay. I've had the buy now pay later but not sure if they applied the 9 or 12 months BNPL. Provided it's paid off in time then no interest to pay.

I have used Very, they are OK but you have to open an account with them normally.

I just tried very and the code didn't work. They've put the price up too and you have to pay for delivery : ( Anyone spotted any new deals? I need to order one of these tonight for my daughters birthday.

I've just received the Nexus 7 from Very (It's a birthday prezzie for my GF). I'm a bit confused if anyone can please help. I'm good with computers but don't know much about phones or tablets. I've just unpacked it and switched it on but it's all in foreign language! I think Indonesia. Perhaps I did'nt read what was on the screen in my haste to press a button lol. Haven't a clue to understand the gobbled language to access the menu & change to English. Also the mains charger plug is not UK 3 pin. It's 3 pin but a lot smaller than a standard uk plug so won't fit in any uk socket. Is this normal?

Update:
Please accept my stupidity lol. I've just realised that the you scroll to the language you want - And just seen the words "PUSH" on the mains plug (the earth prong of the plug pushes forward to expand and fit the socket. That's my involvement with modern technology complete and will now wrap it up to give the mrs.
