It is the official HTC cover.

Only the Chromecast is refurbished, the tablet and cover are new.

Just ordered one for a xmas pressie. Don't understand the cold voting as it's the cheapest price for a 32gb anywhere and it includes the genuine HTC case too.

Glad you liked the deal, not sure why it is cold, I know it isn't cheap but if you want a Nexus 9 32GB it is the best buy around.

Ordered on Sunday arrived on Monday. Can't beat that.

I can confirm that the Nexus 9 is NOT a refurb and that you get the free case.

Can't say at the moment as it is a present for someone else. I got one for myself yesterday, manufactured 2nd Dec 14, small amount of light bleed along the bottom edge but nothing to warrant returning it over. Only visible on a black screen.

Thanks for the feedback. It's interesting to know that they never got round to fixing that issue but at least it's not as bad as some reviews made it out to be.
