I used to think that until I went to Wembley to watch Eagles Vs Jaguars and now I'm hooked. A lot more tactics than footy and and you don't get the theatrics...plus the cheerleaders.

Wish the NHL site would offer these discounts too.

I grew up watching and playing rugby league/Union and have made the same stupid comment about padding before. You've obviously never watched a game in your life.
NFL is on another level in terms of physicality. There is a reason they wear helmets!

Well I suppose it is what you want from a team sport, if tackling someone as hard as you can, with the intention of hurting them floats you boat well have at it, the physicality I appreciate is playing for 80 minutes( yes rugby) , and still finding that last piece of energy to make a tackle or try scoring run.

As for never watching a game, I lived in the USA for a year in my late teens and watched numerous games from high school to college standard, this is where I found a new appreciation for rugby.
