Decent 50 hour game, really enjoyed it. Hot from me.
just wondering if this is worth it? I'm on the fence about buying this and Digimon hacker's memory, they're at a good price now and I just got done with Octopath but I don't typically enjoy AJRPG's
This game is gorgeous, I just don't have the time or patience for 50+ hour games anymore!
Ordered, thanks.

Ordered cheers OP 😁
Got collectors edition, now to wait for £10 mark for a “playable” copy

I'm up to Chapter 8 of 9, the game is good but rather short. Glad it has a hard mode now because the battling on the normal setting was way too easy. I think there are a lot of things to do post game.
So that's why the game collection were selling kings edition for £50, they knew a massive price drop was in its way!

It's not full on Action RPG more akin to the "Tales" games in its combat - almost a half way house between turn based and Action

The story isn't amazing but the way the systems of building your Kingdom tie into the subquests really got under my skin (it's like crack)

I platinumed the game and I very rarely do so these days.

How did you find Octopath? I have it waiting to be played, just trying to find the time (and inclination) to start a bloody mahoosive jrpg

Oh and my one tip if you are wanting to platinum / 100% - do the stupid skirmishes as they open up rather than doing them all in one go as it's an absolute ballache

The game doesn't give you a proper way to track which skirmishes you've completed, so either write them down or use a GameFaqs guide or something
If anybody was wanting this on PC instead here is a link for around the same price. ( Actually it's £3 more )
