On sale for RP 317,000, you will need RP 400,000 credit from offgamers for £23.61 if you don’t have any credit in your account.

This equates to a purchase for the game itself at £18.65.

If you have an account at PSN Singapore the game is 35 SGD. You can obtain 40 SGD credit for £23.50 making the purchase of the game £20.44.

Depending on payment method very small transaction fee may apply, credit may also be obtained from Seagm or Play Asia (more expensive) according to your preferences.

People seriously overestimate how much “effort” is involved. It’s almost like saying, “Good price but I don’t have a ShopTo account so can’t be bothered.”

Good price, Joey D. If I didn’t have a colossal backlog already...

It's effort as you will have to continue using that account if you want to …It's effort as you will have to continue using that account if you want to keep access to the game.I like all my digital purchases in one place, in an account that cannot be banned because I've given false details etc.So yer, to me it is effort having to have yet another account logged in, effort getting the right currency cards and having an account that could potentially be banned. If you don't find all that effort go for it.

I’m not trying to change your mind here; it’s completely subjective whether or not you can be bothered, or find something too much effort.

However, how much “effort” is involved in order to “continue using that account”? You sign in once and it’s done. I have UK, US, Canadian, Singapore and Japanese accounts, and they might as well be the one account for all the “effort” that’s involved. Buy, download, play on your UK account, end.

As for banning accounts, can you imagine the complete logistical nightmare of banning accounts based on geography? How would Sony know, categorically, that an account was set up purely to take advantage of exchange rates? What if someone genuinely moves every few years for work? They’d have to look at every account on a case by case basis, and really, who cares when we’re ultimately funding both Sony and the developers/publishers? We’re not stealing games here, and in fact many of us are probably spending more money than we would otherwise.

This isn’t a new practice either. I’ve had multiple accounts since the PS3 days.

As I say, no right or wrong. If you can’t be bothered, don’t.

Nice price for this. I would just recommend changing the price from £18.65 to £20.44 as that is what you pay

If you have the Singapore account.
Best £10 I spent in 2017
I got excited seeing the price, then realised it's indonesian region
Been waiting for a decent price drop on this game. Guess I'll have to hold out a bit longer...
Voted hot anyway for those who don't mind switching up their account to purchase games, just not something I wish to do.

You can obtain a legitimate mailing address quite easily, there is absolutely no need to make things up or give false details.

Still have this wrapped .... I've heard you have to play this from start to finish about 3 times - is that true??? I don't know if I have it in me to go over it after completing? Any advice (No spoilers please)?

Why on earth would you need to do that?

It's very different with each playthrough telling the story from the perspective of a different character. It's a fantastic game, I loved it.

Always check argos and no stock near me ever =( will keep an eye on amazon thanks

£10 How?

Very offer. Game was on sale for £30. 2 copies for £40, with a £20 off £60 spend. Walked into game and traded one in for £28 cash at the time. Then went on to sell one of the DLC (as they were both Day 1 editions) for £8, so actually best £4 I spent in 2017!

There also appears to be a Nier Automata Digital Premium Edition for RP 574,000 (£33.88 if buying credit) which is only available on the Indonesia/Asian PlayStation stores. Includes the game, DLC pack, pod skins, original soundtrack, and an exclusive PS4 theme.

I did the same no stock near me but it came back into stock but by that time I already purchased from Amazon for 25 quid. Argos have now increased their price to something stupid like 43 quid.

Not luck, standard very discount. Always get £20 off £50 vouchers, least once a month. People hate very on here but I have had no issues with them, saved me a fortune over the last couple of years.

That’s a very convoluted way of getting the game for £10, and people complain of going to too much trouble for downloading from International PSN stores. Jesus.

Whatever do you mean? It only involves opening a credit account with a nefarious retailer rated 1/10 on Trustpilot. I see no issue here!

Convoluted? Not really, I shop with very all the time and there is a GAME round the corner from me, but it does sound quite easy to set up another Psn account, but I wouldn’t bother to save £5, too much hassle
