Considering the current price its a bargain. Its the US version so that means (afaik) uk bought dlc wont work but as there isnt a whole lot of it anyway in regards to this title its not really an issue.

Price is £21.85 + economy postage to the uk @ £3.69 EDIT: + £5.11 import fee.

@Pyongyang gets a mention because i wouldn't have browsed playasia without looking at that wonderboy post.

Edited the price as for some reason "import tax" is now a thing with playasia. Personally very dubious, it seems akin to the turkish airport tax to me but hey ho.

Price is still cheaper than what a used copy goes for.

No worries. Thanks!
It's charging me for import duty, it's come to £30 for me. Am I doing something wrong?
What is going on with the price of the UK version, it was £25 2 months ago loads of places, now £40 at cex and that's almost reasonable.
Good deal if you don't mind the US Case

I managed to get a mint copy from CEX for £30 and considering I seen copies regularly sell for over £40 on eBay

Nope ive amended the post. £30.65 is the price with economy delivery and playasia's "import tax" added. Sorry i amended the post soon after realising. Still the cheapest price around though that cheeky added fiver takes the edge off somewhat.

I was going to pick this game up after Christmas, it was 25 quid at the time. Probably all the goty nominations making it sell out.
I paid £31 for it from grainger games before Christmas.

Not enough copies released is the bottom line. It wasn't selling big numbers so i dont think there were tons of copies around and what new stock there was went a while ago. (think there was a sale on somewhere sub £25?)

In the past few months more people have been turned on to it as it's getting known as a must own and so the used prices (and the new one!) have crept up.

why they don't make more copies aka reprint?

Just not cost effective i guess, not a lot of games get a 2nd wind reprint. Maybe the will do a goty but there wasnt much dlc and they didn't sell a mountain of copies so i doubt it.

Given the current pricing elsewhere, eBay and Amazon, for example this is a cracking price for anybody looking. Granted pre-import tax would have been a little easier to swallow.

I'm sure it'll help somebody out. Awesome find, @otterboxer appreciate the share

that import fee iceberg has hit hard, seems its going down. (I still think its a good price fwiw)
Voted hot as price is crazy on this everywhere else.
I was looking for this game a couple of weeks ago and as everyone has said, the price has gone silly in the UK.

I managed to get a copy of the day 1 edition from CEX for £30, but they have now increased their price to £40.

Haven't played it yet, but looks cool, will probably start this weekend.
Play Asia have lowered the customs value of a game before because I asked nicely. (Under £15). Maybe they got more strict?

You're in for a treat. Just beat it first time last night in around 20 hours but there's much more to do yet. Had some side quests fail as I progressed the story but apparently that's intentional by the game designers as they want players to go through multiple playthroughs so don't worry if that happens to you.

Glad I bought it months ago when there was a lot of stock.
just tick economy and ask them to write lover value on CN22 declaration form

does that lower cost of export fee?
it's without that at economy option :P
Heat for the price but hoping there will be another UK drop at some point, gutted I missed this when cheap. Really want it now but lots to play so hopefully price will drop by then.

Economy is at £3.69 and has import tax prepaid of £5.11. There's another economy option at £4.45 but via airmail and less details on tracking... I'm tempted if I can get it for £3.69 and no upfront import tax?!

With airmail economy and the optional neutral packaging, it's £26.67, although it goes up to £27.04 with PayPal converting.

yeah anyone who's been tracking it knows that even used, its pretty pricey. This is the cheapest price around even with the playaisa tax. I suspect the cold voting is fallout from me rubbing people the wrong way on a daily basis.

It's an option and might be worth a go, i remember ordering bits last year (cant remember postage option) but i do remember not paying any import tax or it making an appearance at checkout.
I went for it in the end. £27.04 paying with PayPal, the airmail economy which didn't include customs and with the neutral packaging. See what happens. If I get stung, it'll still be cheaper than cex or eBay, just not by as much.
I was lucky enough to grab one for cheaper during Black Friday but thanks for posting OP.
I love this site but I really hope the cold/hot thing doesn't dissuade people from posting more niche things on here since they always seem to get voted down, just because something isn't for you doesn't mean you have to vote it cold.
I have zero interest in that generic shooter AAA title someone spotted in a random Asda for £35 instead of £50, because I have a backlog and can easily pick it up a year later for £10. I still don't vote it cold because I know for some people picking it up close to release is important and a big part of the experience. I just wish the same courtesy would be extended when people post imports, collectors edition or things that quickly go out of stock at RRP. Also I think it's great when someone informs people they can get a digital version for cheaper, but for me the physicality is a big part of enjoying video games so it's really annoying that people would vote cold just because they don't care about if it's a physical copy.

Sorry for the rant, I love this site but I just hope the popularity contest that's build it into it doesn't turn people off from posting some of the more interesting things. A lot of the video games I have been the happiest about picking up here have been niche things that people have voted cold.
It's shocking that this has gone cold really. Cheaper than anywhere at the moment including any possible import costs.

Would love it if those who are voting cold would direct us towards a physical copy that is costing cheaper 🤔

When it comes to things like this you can roll the dice re customs. I been ordering gaming bits from Hong Kong, China, Japan etc for many years and only maybe twice have had to pay anything extra when it arrived.

Expired, the price has gone back up. It is still listed as one of the weekly deals but I think they sold their quota so have prematurely put the price back up. Shame, but at least a few people on here managed to grab it.
