In short, no.
I am about to face the same situation, as they already offered me a refund. Is there anything I could do to force them to honor the order?
Just wait as they will come back and say that item is discontinued by appeared due to a technical error, and the team in trying to remove it. I ordered, TISSOT with metal bracelet, using the link www.nigelohara.com/tissot-t-sport-prc-200-mens-chronograph-watch-t17158652-t17158652-pid11666.html on Aug 2, with a free pair of cufflinks as well. They did not communicate me anything till Aug 11, when I tried to contact them, they said, the above mentioned reason. The irony is the item is still listed and is allowed to be bought. Anyone want to get a deal via a battle , quickly order using the link. They offered me my amount back and 25 gbp gift voucher, which I declined and insisted them to honor the order. Anyone knows how to approach this? Prior to ordering I had called them to check authenticity and jurisdiction etc if in case anything happens. I have paid the money using paypal account. Thanks, help appreciated.
