What a scam that is.

Never any love for SportsDirect as the customer service is catastrophic.

You can't return the product and get a full refund at sports direct. Their policy is only to exchange or buy an alternative. I've seen customers coming in and arguing there. That's why they employ bouncers for their customer care. Cold

i ordered from them online, size too big, sent them back and got a full refund, no fuss.

if you buy in store and try them on 1st why would you need customer care?

your voting on the price not the retailer, even if they are awful

Never post anything from sports direct is what I learnt last year, you will freeze to death on here.

Yep.. Sports Direct certainly have a negative following on here... but then who's fault would that be

I experienced this first hand (I'm sure this is against the law) so I decided to play them at their own game.
I got my credit note then waited around at the till and asked someone who was queuing to buy it off me X)

Sure enough, a lovely lady gave me the £13 for the credit note and I walked out thinking '**** you Sports Direct, I won'

Just a FYI, hopefully it helps someone on here!
