Good price! The Nike Shield system deffo works and keeps my feet dry in wet conditions! I have the pegasus shield's, which are superb for my winter outdoor workouts and have very recently bought a new pair of Nike Winflo 9 Shield's for only 50quid...equally lovely

Undecided as to whether the Shield range are better then the Gore-tex range as also have the pegasus 38 Gore-tex - the Shields keep your feet warmer, that much I can attest to (edited)

I got these in my local Nike shop size 9 and I am a size 9 which fit perfectly. Really comfortable, I use for the gym and very pleased.

Are these good for a city break with lots of walking? I've always bought Adidas but I'm going to Athens so wearing Nike at the Temple of Athena Nike sounds good (I'm easily pleased!)

I bought my first Nike's in ages after wearing mainly adidas just like you. I bought a similar model ( zoom winflo ) to this one and it's amazing. I love the design and the bounce in the step ( it has a bubble with Air in the sole). I use them in the city for long stretches and it's my most comfortable shoe .
Seems to hold up great , I'm tempted to get this one, too. (edited)

The website just says tough traction in wet conditions. Nothi about waterproofing.

Heat. Glad the 10 is sold out tried to add to bag and wasn’t in stock. Didn’t really need new running shoes. Nike have replaced my last two pairs free of charge due to wear

I've used the Nike running shoes for quite some time now for running but after looking at a lot of comments/views from other running shoe listings... It seems there are a lot of better alternatives.

If you had to recommend a company/specific shoe, what would everyone say? Thanks all 🙌

if you get a birthday 10% or 20% off or a voucher code, + combine with when Nike website have a 30% or whatever- sale. then there are very few options that will beat them at the price you end up paying.

I always do this, only downsides is you have to wait for a sale, and by the time they mark them down, not all colours maybe available, apart from this, i cannot see any other way to buy trainers,

Nike official website have hassle free delivery/free returns and totally amazing Uk customer service centres.
THOURGHLY RECCOMEND.

READ THE BOOK TOO IF YOUR INTERESTED - called "Shoe dog" by Phillip knight.
