It's not available for delivery until 10th Jan 2012 so unless you mean Christmas 2012 then you might be a bit disappointed.

there's always next year
I bought this in red at the same price earlier this year from Argos in red, honestly fantastic camera, 10/10.

Luzax - I couldn't disagree with you more it's excellent in low light, brightening up any picture I take without any use of flash!
I would love one of these :-)
MoneyEyes - if you are happy with it thats fine but for me is not enaught. canon have better lenses but less manual options.
Looks like a good camera take aa battery not rechargeable
Shame as I'm looking for a camera at the mo
We always get the aa battery 'war'. Personally I like the fact that you can buy batteries if you run flat. Buy cheap rechargeable aa batteries and have best of both worlds. Hot deal.

For sure, wouldn't have bought this if it WASN'T AA batts.... I have a fuji ultra compact that is rechargable batt, had to buy another batt because everytime you grab to go, the batt is flat.... no good if you need it, I have Fuji bridge cameras (all AA batts), this is no better quality, which considering the brand is 'NIKON' you'd think it would be! 2 year warranty on this though

Just use AA rechargeables (eneloop) ... cheaper than proprietary batteries,
and you can have a few sets charged up all the time.
